AFTER THIS SUBWAY EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER VISIT SUBWAY AGAIN !!!April 13th around 8.50 am, I visited this Subway Restaurant. The door was open more than half and one kid was sitting and eating inside. One food I stepped in, did not go close to counter and called someone. The employee came , I asked him gently "Sir, are you open now or what time are you going to open?"The answer was very rude "Nine and step back out of restaurant"I said, "Sir could you be little polite to the customer please, you don't have to be rude like that, I only asked opening time and I am standing next of gate"He started shout with very bad words and he threatened me do I want trouble.I said I am going to call Police now and also gonna complain to Subway Management.He said "don't care." and kept going shouting.The kid was inside scared also with his shouting.That kind of people who can not control their anger, they don't deserve work in good companies. Too many people looking for a job and can not find a good place to work.I wish security cameras were on and management watch how he was rude and angry.Subway should check backgrounds very carefully before hiring.I visit Subways 5-6 times every months, never gonna visit after this horrible experience.

Food is ok, but the guy making the sandwiches was grumpy. Big turn-off!The girl behind the register was friendly, however.Management needs to tell their employees to be more friendly.Not to mention he I was there 1st,and he waited on a lady who came in after me just because I walked over to look at the venue.I don't recommend this establishment.

Walked in tonight and while I waited was told they were not taking any customers walkin until cought up with their online orders and apps. Why ? Because that's more important than local customers that regularly come in.. They always prioritize online orders instead of people standing in front of them ... This is not the first time and I’ve had it for the last time and won't be back.

Went there three times a week on the regular... went there the other night and they advised that the manager told them to advise the customers that that are not honoring the coupons that were sent out in the mail ....screw you Subway!! I'll take my money elsewhere. I will spread the word!

This location is constantly understaffed. They always prioritize online orders before customers standing in line. It's really annoying when you only get a 30 minute lunch break and you stand 10 minutes waiting in line and you get told to wait for another online order. The middle of the lunch rush at 12:30 and they have one person working the counter.

A lady made my sandwich. After it came out of the toaster, it sat on the counter and no one assisted in putting the dressing and veggies on it. I watched two employees walk by it multiple times. Then they started to take things out of the freezer and stock inventory. I looked at her after 5 minutes and she finally acknowledged she and the tall skinny male employee totally forgot my sandwich was sitting there. This place is very unprofessional.

This is for store #53284 Wesley Chapel at 27765 Wesley Chapel Blvd. At the Marathon/Radiant gas station. There was no one in the store so can't blame mistakes on business. Only one visible employee, a man so I'm assuming he also made the sandwiches. I ordered 2. One specifically said NO condiments, dry bread only on the Club. It had mayonnaise on it when I got it home and no cheese and American cheese was supposed to be one of the ingredients. The lack of cheese was disappointing but the mayo was awful for someone who HATES mayonnaise. Almost threw it away but my husband will eat it. Of course by then it will be a soggy mess of a sandwich. BTW this was Sunday at 12:30pmThanks Subway for getting it wrong again. And I even tipped you! Publix here I come!

Young woman employee had an attitude and was snotty to customers and fellow enployee. When asking about charges for order, I was met with attitude and eventually name calling. Her coworker was also confused by the charges and said I was being over charrged. I recharged. Her attitude abd name calling which I normally don't but I was shocked by the complete disrespect over a single question about the charge and pricing policies. I told her no tip. She yelled across the restaurant "get thr f... out of my store' as I was already leaving. Other customers waiting in line heard this. I will not be back to any location in the area. To be clear, the male worker who made my sandwich was really good and pleasant.

Meatball sub.... location didn't have hot meatballs and asked if I could wait 8mins to get them Cooked. Waited...took home the sub was cold :(

Shebleft we with a half open sandwich that she picked through, no bag, no napkins. I told her no tip and a sarcastic thanks. She yelled across the restaurant "get the f... out of my store' as I was already leaving. Other customers waiting in line heard this. I will not be back to any location in the Wesley Chapel area.I likely would not have posted a review if the woman did not yell profanities across the restaurant. The snottiness I can deal with. The conduct of name calling and profanities to a customer with other customers present crossed a line. Subway either supports this or not. We will see...
