It stresses me out coming here now I have to go to a different subway. My family comes every week but the Indian woman who works in the afternoon now is so incredibly rude. She's in a perpetual bad mood, slams things, dirty looks. I try to be as polite and easy as possible. I even order less just so I won't piss her off even more. It really makes a person feel guilty for wanting food. Save yourself the stress and go to one of the many other subways in the area.

In this management did not answer, give me her name. Didn't give me a get a refund,She made too many excuses. This employee should not be working with this Company.

My first and last visit at this location. The Italian Herb and Cheese bread which my sandwich was made with was as hard as a brick. No exaggeration. I could not bite. It was a to go order and I wasn’t going back.

On Tuesday 08/08/2023 at 9:49 PM, my grandma and I finished shopping at Walmart and on the way out she wanted to grab a sandwich from this subway. We walked to the counter and there was 2 boys in front of us being served and the guy working told me those were his last customers. I asked if they close at 9:50 and he proceeds to tell me no that they close at 10pm. So I asked him why he wouldn’t serve us and he ignored me. I left in frustration. But I feel like if you close at 10PM you should serve your guest until 10PM.

A Disappointing Visit when I was just trying to grab some quick food for dinner in the storm while stuck in the store.I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway in Walmart. The server was extremely rude, showing a blatant disregard for customer service during the ordering process. The ingredients are not fresh, and cross contaminated since the server doesn’t change his glove when making my sandwich after grabbing the credit card from the last customer. To make matters worse, he outright refused to even provide a cup for water from the fountain.This experience is the worst Subway visit I had, I would not come back nor recommend this place to anyone else if you want clean food with an appropriate attitude from the employees.

We ordered 2 veggie subways online , we opened subway at home and we found these : it didn’t have any veggies what we ordered, the subways were so expensive but very very light in weight. They didn’t toast the bread and put it cheese . We told them to toast well and cheese with extra sauce of mayonnaise. We didn’t have anything. Quality were worst . We wasted money in these subways. We are not recommending this place at all. I would give minus point . This is 2nd time happened.

Everyday I come to work at Walmart I look forward to seeing my friend that works at Subway. I've worked here for many years and I've never had the customer service that I have recently had at our Wesley Chapel Walmart Subway. I can't think of what her name is she's little petite Spanish lady that works at the subway inside of Walmart Wesley Chapel on 54. When I walk in she looks at me and asked me if I'm hungry she already knows what to make me constantly kind and makes the best food. I couldn't ask for better service. Next time when I get her name I will add it to my review. I highly recommend the Wesley Chapel Subway awesome service and great food thank you

Received Horrible services from Subway and doordash. I submitted order online and did not receive my drink and chips when order was delivered. Doordash claims Subway did not have it with the order. Subway apologized but offered no type of resolution except you can come by and pick up after I have already paid for delivery fee and a tip. Spoke to a Manage who still did not offer any type of Solution or incentive to us having to come back and pick up ourselves. This will be my first and last time ordering anything from this store or any store if this is the type of Service I receive after the issue being their fault. I'm one who definitely don't have a problem submitting my review whether good or bad

Don’t go to this Subway. They overcharge and won’t accept coupons. I left my 4 subs for the owner to eat because they tried to overcharge me and wouldn’t fix the total. The Indian owners that work there are the worst people, and difficult to understand when speaking English. Walmart should make them leave.

Ordered through Doordash and they sent me empty bread roles instead of the turkey and blt sandwiches I paid for. Theft. Unacceptable.
