Don't you dare walk in to order. Even though you order on the touch screen they'll ignore your order until all the drive through and mobile orders are finished. Waited 20 minutes for a basic combo while I watched 10+ cars order and go through the line quickly. They even made food for the person who ordered in store after me before they made my family's food. Extremely slow service! They didn't even get the order right. Not coming back here, no wonder they have 3.7 stars.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We went before 10 PM. ordered a whole bunch of things online. Mind you I understand that we had a bigger order so we don’t mind a few hiccups. However, we waited 45 minutes for our order that was placed online. I also ordered a diet soda However, they did not have my diet soda and gave me a Mountain Dew. I clearly was not going to drink a Mountain Dew this late at night. We also ordered the delight bites And instead of telling us at the window that they did not have them, they just sent us home with the cinnamon twist instead. We would have just canceled that part of our order instead of getting the twist. We love Taco Bell But would never support this location after letting us down time and time again. I suggest everyone goes to Zephyrhills over this Wesley Chapel location

Go here and tell the girl what happened at another Taco Bell with my steak quesadilla and asked to let the people making food know. She did not let them know and idk which one was worse! Taco Bell is pricey yet doesn’t want to give you quality food! DO better ! Literally I specifically asked to have it made correctly and she didn’t tell them at all! Also charging 80 cents for a small thing of cheese sauce is insane !

as soon as i ordered, the employee left me on heard and didn’t acknowledge what i said at all. then on top of that, my cheese was not even remotely melted. terrible service here as of recently.

Honestly I used to work at this location years ago and to see it the way it is now is sad... the fact that it takes over 40 mins to get through the drive through on a Saturday night is INSANE... what happened to window times? What happened to staffing your restaurant? The fact that these poor people have to get yelled at for managemnets incompetent decisions.. is appalling...

I had a terrible experience at Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order using my cell phone, but even with the order placed, it took 41 minutes to prepare my food once I arrived. The line was so long, wrapped around the building. I decided to go inside instead of using the drive-through, but I still had to wait 41 minutes for my fast food meal. It was not worth the time or the money. Time to ask where my order was. The store is completely understaffed. The employees are rude and have no idea how to run the establishment. It seems so discombobulated. I will never be returning to this Taco Bell.
