Tacos El Patrón Taquería

I purchased a $12 burrito from your restaurant, only to find several strands of hair inside it. This is not only highly unpleasant but also raises significant concerns about the hygiene practices at your establishment, especially given that your staff does not use hair nets.

When I contacted the restaurant to request a refund, I was informed by the owner that I would need to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant with the burrito in hand. I explained that this was impractical and offered to provide photographic evidence of the issue, yet my offer was dismissed. Furthermore, the owner questioned the validity of my complaint, which I found both disrespectful and unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I expect not only quality food but also a basic level of respect and customer service. This incident has been disappointing and unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund for the burrito, as well as assurance that proper hygiene standards will be implemented moving forward.

Atmosphere and service could only do so much. I heard that it was great, went there, tried their food and from the taste of it, it taste like tension was poured into the food. Well cooked but not seasoned.

So fifty bucks for a three tacos, four tamalies and some beans and rice as crazy work. You mean, if it was super amazing, then it would have been worth it. The food was mediocre at best.

The food came out pretty quick. We got three chicken taco supreme and the 4 tamales. There was very little meat in the tacos. Well also the tamales. But that's typical. The tacos were good though. Just lacking some meat for that price.

So what we got is a side of beans and a side of rice. A side of sour cream and a guacamole. Three tacos. Four tamales. A bottle of water and a mexican.Soda. this came to like fifty four dollars.I think. Crazy! But we were there and hangy.

The tamales were so so so dry. And about 85 percent masa. I mean THICK masa. The beans were okay. The rice was super dry as well. The guacamole was five dollars for a tiny little thing. And it was like sixty percent cilantro. I've never had guacamole with so much cilantro. I love cilantro. But I can't say I love this guacamole.

Honestly, I don't think we'd ever be back.

Advertises to have Mexican products. Corn is on menu as a dessert. Most places have this corn from ears of corn made. This is corn out of the can boiled in water to make warm.
False advertising of food to make a huge profit.

The Krate in Wesley Chapel have many great food establishments including Tacos El Patron and the street tacos (Quesa Birria) are outstanding.

Very small inside dining area. Several outdoor tables w/umbrellas are available. Plenty of parking, does require some walking. Food was excellent, reasonably priced, very tasty!

We were at the store in Krate and the food had no flavor, the place is very hot, the music was so loud that they didn't hear our order and charged us double.

This place gave me total vacation vibes really cool wall painting on the inside—I’m not sure why, but it just hit right! The food was seriously good. The tacos were packed with meat, and the nachos had generous portions too. Most spots these days give you tiny servings, but for the price, this was absolutely worth it. The corn tortilla wasn’t soggy and falling apart was made just right. Everything was flavorful and fresh. If you’re looking for a quick, satisfying taco stop, this is definitely the place to try.

I came into the restaurant and you hear some Latin music. The place is decorated in tiles which I like. It's not many seating options, just a few tables inside, but you can find some seats outside. Atmosphere 4/5.

A man was working the counter and was busy packing to-go orders. He saw me and continued packing orders without acknowledging me. I waited since he was busy. He eventually asked me for what I wanted, after I stood there awkwardly for a bit. 😆 I expected to wait 10 minutes. I sat down and in 30 seconds, my food was ready. Service 4/5

Now the food. I didn't see a single vegetarian taco on the menu so I asked if I could get one made. Just rice, beans, and a taco. He helped me out and the taco was about $4-5 with tip. The taco is SMALL. VERY SMALL. I didn't mind it since I was food crawling but if I ordered 3 of those for $12? Yeah, that wouldn't sit well with me. The beans and rice was a little bland for my liking. I grew up with Mexicans in my family (I have Mexican friends also) and they put a LOT of flavor in their food. I expected some spices, herbs, etc. Nah. Bland. Food 3/5.

Would I come back? Eh. Maybe if I wanted a taco fixing but it's meh for me.

I dislike living bad reviews! 😞 but is One was really rude Martin was the cashier he didn't even greet us when we walked in! couldn't even hear what he was saying so I told him to repeat what he had said! then he even rolled his eyes at me and my spouse was not happy at all! we sat down inside for awhile our food was on the counter top the whole time I fell like he did that on purpose and the he called out number out it was 65 look at your camera! We came to to suppose the Raza and we won't be coming here again
