You may already know about this spot, hidden in the sea of shipping container food spots in Wesley Chapel. So, I just had to drive all the way up from St Pete to give them a try.
How do you know your favorite ramen spot, if you haven't tried them all?
I was bummed that they didn't have their beef noodles on the day that I stopped by. However, I did try their most popular, which is their Tonkotsu Ramen.
This dish was loaded with pork.
The broth did not disappoint and the noodles weren't overcooked.
I ate the whole thing!
The pork has more of a five spice taste, than the typical charsu pork topping.
Corn was also a nice touch.
All perfect for a cozy bowl of noodles on cold or rainy days.
Fast casual service.
Thankfully, ramen was served in a real bowl and not a to-go container.
I see that the business used a video I made without permission, that's interesting...

I'm a paying customer I was doing some work while I was eating and the guy kicked me out because he said it's a restaurant, but there was no line nobody sitting in the (restaurant) i've been coming here since they first opened these crates and I've always recommended this place to everybody. This will be the last time I come here, but I also noticed they had a sign that says to go orders cannot sit down so obviously that means they're charging different prices if you sit down or to go they're charging you to sit in their lobby area apparently So yes, you are losing a long long time Customer I will not be coming back

So me and my gf ate this a few days ago and when we tried it we both noticed it had a weird taste to it. She only ate 3 bites and since I never had ramen before I thought it was normal so I just put a bunch of siracha in it. I should have known something was up when I noticed that the eggs was gray…. And the chicken had a fishy taste to it I only ate half the bowl before I said no more. A few hours went by and I started to not feel so good. I ended up throwing it all up… I was up till about 3am throwing up I had threw up so much that the only thang that was coming out was actual foam….. I was even throwing up the next day I couldn’t keep any food down and was stuck to the toilet. Also wasn’t a pleasant view of seeing new food come into the store being wheeled in on a cart in frozen bags…. I also spent $51 dollars on two ramens and two drinks expensive for what it is could have just went across the street to out back steak house and spent the same amount. I don’t recommend at all….

Surprisingly excellent!! Will definitely cone again! Portions are big! They give a large helping of meat in the ramen.

The pork was really good, but the broth was very salty. Also I was very confused because both ramen bowls had red bell peppers, corn and shredded lettuce in them? But it didn’t mention any of that on the menu.

The food here is authentically good. The tonkotsu is cooked expertly and I don't like soft boiled eggs but here it is done with precision and perfection. Perfect place for a date night.

The tokontsu shoyu ramen wasn't really to my taste but the crab Rangoon were awesome. It's a bit expensive and I'm not really tasting the Japanese style broth. Place is cute

This was my first time there (last night) and I went with my sister and her friend. We each ordered something different and EVERYTHING was AMAZING! I ordered the chicken ramen combo with spring rolls which was DELICIOUS, my sister ordered the roasted pork ramen combo with gyoza which is also AMAZING, the marinate on that pork is DEVINE, and her friend ordered the hibachi chicken, and he loved it as well.
The prices are awesome especially since you get an appetizer and the portions are AWESOME because I can eat my ramen 3 times. I just finished it for lunch and it still tastes AMAZING! I love that I was given another bowl for later which I used today. I will be back to try other options.
I appreciate the customer service that was shown to us.

I was very excited to take my son to this new place, we ordered the miso soup but it wasn’t what he thought and I understand how it works when you order at a restaurant but this is a take out and the owner was absolutely rude told me NO. Never again will I come here!!!!!
