The Bacon Boss HQ

Not sure why they allow online orders taken at a food truck event with only 2 people working. Waited over 40 minutes for our food as online orders kept getting made (and not picked up) ahead of the 8 groups of people who were actually there. One family waited almost 60 minutes for two burgers. Portions were disappointingly small; my brisket mac came in a container normally used for side salads or a slice of cake at most places. Cheese sauce was watery thin and I had about 4 small bits of brisket in the whole thing. We walked away $70 poorer, still hungry and unimpressed. My last experience at this truck was far different and more positive, but I will say the staff are still friendly and (in this case) apologetic for the frustrations everyone had experienced in line.

Food is great, no longer at the Krate, they should update their google maps page to not be listed as here. But they'll probably leave it here for the free web traffic. Sad.

Beyond disappointed they moved to food truck only, especially when they said it wasn't a financial decision.

Phenomenal food!! Just had it in our neighborhood tonight and hope you guys come back!! Also, thank you for being so friendly and energetic! Makes a difference in someone’s experience! Keep up the awesome food!!

Sad to hear they’re converting to food truck only ! Either way I’ve been coming here for awhile ! Burgers are juicy, fries and tots are hot n crunchy.

I got the Al Capone All American Burger, and it was the best burger I had in a while, it was cooked fresh including the fries and the sauce was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

my boyfriend and i visited this place in the crate while i was in town, and it was SO great!! from the start, the worker, ashley, was very welcoming and informative on menu items. she was so personable and even went out of her way to check on us while we were sitting outside. we tried the john gotti burger, the al capone burger, and their fries and all of it was so delicious, fresh, and flavorful. so glad we stopped in!! highly recommend

Wrong hours of service posted on Google. Lady appeared dismissive about it when we showed up. Love the food otherwise.

Way overpriced for what your getting, it was 50 dollars for 3 burgers and 2 sides of fries, I mean if you took 4 people out to dinner that’s like fine dinning, the owner is also completely unprofessional and rude, instead of helping us he would rather, go to the back and eat his own products, all in all save your money and go somewhere nicer for the same money.

Absolutely amazing experience! My husband and I had the pulled pork mac and cheese and the brisket mac and cheese - both were so full of flavor! The mac and cheese is creamy and they are very generous with the amount of meat you get. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Krate.
