Food is okay, its a sports bar, you aren't disappointed with anything but nothing rocks your socks either.Service at the bar is 10/10, don't think I waited for more than a minute max for a beer, half the time she was pulling a new bottle when she saw I had 1/4th left of what I was drinking. Top notch as far as server went.

As a food delivery driver I get to see a different perspective of the restaurants.This was definitely a SAFETY HAZARD... WING HOUSE GET IT TOGETHER... It's not safe for your employees or your customers. It's not the employees because the lady at the register was awesome.

I have never left a negative review in my life but this one is definitely needed. I would not recommend Wing House in Wesley Chapel off of 54. Servers were inattentive and unorganized. The food was mediocre. We waited well over an hour for our food and I saw it sitting in the pass for at least 5-10 minutes before it was delivered to us. I ordered a take out order for when we were leaving and ended up cancelling it because I waiting an hour and a half for it. The manager was very unorganized and unprofessional. She couldn't handle customers complaints and I never once heard her apologize for the food or service. She gave excuses that the cook was 'new'. She never came over to us to make our experience better and didn't provide us any compensation for the delay or quality in our food. I was appalled by the hygiene. I witnessed the manager and a waitress walk into the kitchen helping the cook with orders with their long hair not tied back or in hair nets and not wearing gloves. The restaurant had no mayo on site for burgers. I will not be returning.

I’ve come to this location since it opened and I’m not sure what’s changed but somethings changed. We got there at 6:00 the waitress got to the table and we ordered our drinks at 6:30 because my husband made a comment about happy hour ending at 7:00. We got our drinks then ordered an appetizer and our meals which were wings, 2 kids meals chicken fingers and a grilled cheese . Waitress never came back to check on our drinks for refills or bring our appetizer over. 7:33 rolled around and finally the food came only to have hair in my son’s grilled cheese and on our wings. At this point we called the manager over and he said want me to remake the food. Nope we’ll pay for drinks and go. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had and we come there almost monthlyProbably won’t be back.
