I called over the phone to place an order for Spicy beef ramen (I requested spicy sauce on the side and she said she can do that). Upon arrival, the cashier named Victoria made me feel down by shutting down any question I asked her. First, I kindly asked her to apply the mall employee discount and her response was “we don’t do that no more, it’s been over a year since we did that,” that’s unfortunately not true because within the past 4 months I’ve ordered 4 different times and have gotten the discount every single time. Another thing is that she forgot to give me the hot sauce and when I went back into the restaurant to ask her for it she insisted that it was an upcharge of $1.50 which I thought I already paid for when I called over the phone. The way she says things can be very snappy and condescending. Like she was looking at me with a “fake” smile and kept saying that if I wanted the hot sauce it’ll be $1.50. At this point I’m not going to be eating the food because it’s not exactly what I ordered and I won’t be returning the food either, but I will never be eating at that restaurant again!

Overall take: disappointed.
I was excited to go here after reading the reviews online. The ramen was average +. It is a self serve restaurant much like Chipotle (order at front and wait for food) and shocked to see the default for tips was 18-25%. Don’t mind tipping but not sure what I’m tipping for, I tip this amount for my full 1+ hour service meal at Coopers Hawk, not Token.
Restaurant felt underwhelming. For a mini chain that is growing, they could do a better job with the atmosphere.
Ordered the Tonkotsu and Spicy Tonkotsu. If you’re in the area and are craving ramen, this is an ok establishment. If you are thinking about coming out of your way to eat here….PASS, go somewhere else.

closed the kitchen down at 9:30 and the hours of operation says open until 10pm
Michi Ramen has the same hours and guess what they were able to take my order. If you close your kitchen at 9:30 then maybe you should post your hours open until 9:30pm
Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Michi Ramen is better anyway!

Not only is the ramen incredible, but the service here is top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The team even explained the different types of broths and suggested the perfect bowl for my taste.

I will never order from here again. The people at the front either have no customer service skills or they are rude. I am.pretty sure it is the latter. When I called to speak to the manager, they said that the manager is not there. On top of being rude, one of my drinks were missing the topping (something you have to pay extra for).

Whenever I’m craving comfort food, I head here. Their ramen bowls feel like a warm hug on a cold day. The chashu pork literally melts in your mouth, and the soft-boiled eggs are cooked to perfection. 10/10.

This ramen spot is a hidden treasure! The tonkotsu broth is creamy and full of depth, and their spicy miso is an absolute must-try. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for any ramen lover.

I’ve been to countless ramen spots, but this place takes the cake. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh and generous. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I’ll be coming back again and again.

I came here with friends, and we all loved it. The variety of ramen options on the menu is fantastic, and each one is bursting with flavor. The gyoza and takoyaki appetizers were also incredible. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is a game-changer for ramen lovers. I’ve never had noodles cooked so perfectly, and the broth bursts with authentic Japanese flavors. The spicy miso ramen is my personal favorite. A must-visit spot for sure.

The ramen here is absolutely divine. The broth is so flavorful it feels like a work of art. The noodles are springy, and the toppings are fresh and perfectly balanced. It’s clear they take pride in every bowl they serve.

Sure, there are cheaper ramen places, but you truly get what you pay for here. The quality of ingredients and the care put into every bowl make this place worth every cent. This is gourmet ramen done right.

It’s like ramen made by people who have never had ramen. Weak broth that somehow smelled like dog saliva. We left after one bite which is probably why they have you pay upfront.
