I don't typically visit this establishment unless I am traveling to compare the food consistency with the original location in Atlanta. However, a colleague loves this place , so I decided to give it a try. While the staff were courteous, I found their service to be slow, and there appeared to be a lack of motivation and attentiveness to cleaning, this includes the manager.

Additionally, I noticed that the manager did not wear gloves while handling the chicken, although I did see him wash his hands before assisting at the cash register.

While I have heard positive comments regarding the food quality, my experience with the service and overall presentation has left me unable to fully assess it.

As such, I cannot recommend this establishment at this time.

After 63 minutes of waiting on a sit down order the picture shows what I have! NOTHING! The wings are good (meaning 3.5/5) but the wait is ridiculous! As a doordasher EVERYTIME i come to this store it always a hefty wait while the staff is back there having a party and pretend not to awknowledge you. I understand it can be busy but its just obnoxious when you see staff stanfing around laughing and joking while waiting for your food

OVER 40 MINUTES WAIT for two 5 piece tender small meals. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Had over 10 customers come in after us and got their meals before us. Asked the girl at the front register that was more busy flirting with the customers how much longer it was gonna be and she went to check - they hadn't even started our order. Had to wait another 15 minutes before we got it. Was waiting with another young girl that had ordered online ahead of time and she still had to wait a good half hour too.

Manager was just standing and chatting around with the workers not even bothering to check the orders or customers. Obnoxious service. Do not recommend.

As someone who has had a decade of GM experience I’d be ashamed to be a GM or even a franchise owner of this location. I come in, 8 orders lined up, everyone high as hell talking, barely working. 2 out of 6 people wearing gloves. 2 people saucing wings without gloves, fingers in the bowl in the sauce. And then I spoke to the “ shift lead” (chubby white girl) and brought up the glove situation and she decided to get loud and bang on the counter while getting defensive. Honestly hilarious. Just because you can run a cashier doesn’t mean you are shift lead material. Franchise owner should really evaluate his store after his county inspection

First time ever doing a review, but this place just sucks so bad and no one should give them business. Went in two different times and it took almost an hour for a 10 piece combo and a chicken sandwich. My husband just got food for us today and there was another customer yelling at the staff because they were taking so long to make their order too. There's no reason for it to take this long. Dine-in restaurants get food out faster

If i could put 0 star i def would, this is the WORST restaurant u can ever go too, i waited 40 min they didn’t even care, i couldn’t wait more so i left, and the restaurant inside is the most disgusting place i ever saw, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was coughing on the food and didn’t wash her dirty hands before touching it again. The hygiene standards are appalling, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly if i could give 0 star I would a horrible experience never in my life have I’ve ever experienced such horrible customer service from a wing stop, from the lady in the front name being Gabby on her phone and just not caring about anything and is just clueless to what’s going on. Besides that she’s even letting her friends skip the line to get there orders in first Infront of people who already been waiting for a hour+ and then flirting with them like what type of services are these people even providing there’s no order or leadership at all people are asking for refund due to lack of professionalism. This is the first time I’ve been to this wing stop since it’s opened and I never experienced a wing stop like this ever in my life.

Placed an online order and it said 28-33 minutes. What a lie that was waited in there for almost 30 minutes. 10-15 other people waiting. 15 minutes into my wait I repeated my order name to only find out “waiting on fries and corn” so they had our chicken sit in a bag getting cool waiting for another 15 minutes. Seemed like the employees don’t take their job seriously and it’s a hangout. Told my family I will never get their food again because this is the 3rd time I stand waiting 30-60 minutes and they don’t care at all. I never leave reviews unless it’s great but felt the need after this experience and seeing so many people waiting. Felt terrible for the poor door dash guy that came in 3 times to check on an order. I would refuse to do pickups there if I was a door dash driver. I hope the owner reads these reviews so they could try to improve their business. Start with the employees…
