I work in delivery and always avoid this place in the evenings. I took the order because I thought I wouldn't have to wait long on a Saturday before noon. I was wrong! There were 3 other people waiting for their orders. I came out half an hour later with my order! There were 7 people working in the kitchen and it took them half an hour to prepare 4 orders in a completely empty place! It's Wingstop on Bruce B Downs Blvd.

We went in there right at opening. No one was in the restaurant we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. It took 25 minutes.. you can see the cooks in the back thru the clear glass window talking, goofing off. Once the manger got there.. they started working. Chicken tasted like a frozen chicken patty with barely any sauce. We can say we tried it. We won't be back. Oh and there was water all over the floor, and no trash cans, and the place was just dirty. Never again.

All of the workers deserve a raise!! They are all so nice, funny, and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The worker named Crystal is super sweet and greeted everyone and my sisters with respect. Appreciated her, and everyone else!!

Dirty kitchen, long wait, should have never touched a wing after seeing how they were cooked with all the cross contamination. Stomach was not happy. They shouldn’t be able to serve the public food.

Most of the negative reviews are due to employee irresponsibility and I strongly agree with that. This place needs strong management to improve on customer experience. The minute I walked in they said it would be at least a 45 minute wait because they FORGOT to put the wings in the frier. How can the employees of an establishment that serves wings forget to cook the product on a regular basis? There are more than 8 employees in the back and they are all joking and fooling around. No sense of accountability or responsibility. The only reason they haven’t gone underwater is because people seem to love the product but that is no excuse for poor customer service and experience. The staff at the register have to take the brunt of the customer complaints when it’s the kitchen staff who is to blame. This has been the experience both times I have visited and this one will be the last.

Today I went to the Bruce b down location order the 30 pcs decided on 15 bone in n 15 no bone fries with no seasoning understan that there was a lots of orders but cust that placed orders after me leave before me was their for about 40 minutes waiting once I get home found out that my order I pick was all no bone fries were season and I was charge like bone in. I did not return for a claim but decided to live the review check your order before leaving the place sad that there are not attention to the orders on hand

Went this night 7:30 PM with my wife to order the 10 wings combo. After 35 minutes of waiting we inquired about our order and were told by a noticeably intoxicated staff member that “it will probably be a while”. There were around 8 other people waiting for their orders ahead of us of which 2 left the store because it took too long. We received our order of 10 wings at around 8:15PM. Interestingly, half of the staff went for a break during our 45 minute wait trickling in and out of the store one after another leaving the others struggling and all customers had to wait a similar amount of time for their orders. I don’t know if Uber eats order have priority but don’t see how it justifies every customer waiting 45 for their order.
