I have loved Arby's for years
In addition to the French p news for me. I enjoy that sandwich.
I was very disappointed when the potato cakes were discontinued, but fortunately, they're back now.
On this particular visit, I did not give them five stars for service.
The reason for this is the French dip was prepared incorrectly?
The order, which was generated from the app, clearly said no cheese they put the Swiss cheese on there anyway.
Additionally, the app order specifically asked for condiments, you know Arby's sauce.
There was no sauce in the bag
These little things will not stop me from visiting Arby's in the future, and it will not stop me from visiting this individual store

Absolutely horrible waiting service. Employees couldn't even use their app and announced that she wasn't paid enough to learn it. Looked dirty and was. Other drive thru girl who was working was heard saying that she got someone good.

I have always liked this Arby's until I saw a charge on my bank account a week later when I did not go to Arby's that day. I tried reaching out to the restaurant today but being a Sunday they are not able to tell me why I would have a charge or when I would be credited back. I am "very" concerned as to why I was charged when I didn't go to the restaurant and do not see this as a "glitch" in the system. This seems very fishy to me. I hope this gets resolved and I am credited back the money that was taken from my bank account. I am also going to have to cancel my card and request a new one b/c of your "glitch" in the system.
