I have always liked this Arby's until I saw a charge on my bank account a week later when I did not go to Arby's that day. I tried reaching out to the restaurant today but being a Sunday they are not able to tell me why I would have a charge or when I would be credited back. I am "very" concerned as to why I was charged when I didn't go to the restaurant and do not see this as a "glitch" in the system. This seems very fishy to me. I hope this gets resolved and I am credited back the money that was taken from my bank account. I am also going to have to cancel my card and request a new one b/c of your "glitch" in the system.

Only problem food especially fries needs to be hotter fresher they were not good .Sandwich was very good.
The condiments and drinking area is filthy and dirty. Very disgusting. I reported it to the cashier and she stated she was in charge of cleaning every night. The entire restaurant needs to be closed down and disinfected. There was a bug by the condiments but it was so small it didn't show on camera.

Ordered from the drive thru. Food was ok; they were out of one item we ordered. One item, the beef and cheddar sandwich, didn't have that killer red sauce they put on it, which was a let down. The cashier wasn't the most friendly either. All in all, an ok meal.
