We encountered an issue at dinner, however, after speaking with Zain (manager), having him listen and truly care about customer satisfaction, we will return. Sometimes that's all it takes, and it is refreshing to see management be so pro active!!

2 out of was missing food ( delivery) all bags sealed … and aside from the tablespoon worth of blue cheese dip for 20 wings( that’s not enough for 5 wings) missing a large order of potato wedges . I ordered my burger no mustard . Loaded with it they wiped it off but still soaked in my bun and on the meat - I don’t want mustard on my burger . - can’t address it in the site because you answer questions and can’t send feedback or won’t allow .. it’s expensive for wet soggy food . The boys like it ,me 70 bucks service fee then tip is crazy for a 5 guys dupe .

As others mentioned, ordered on DoorDash but literally sent me nothing that I ordered. I ordered a bacon smashed chile burger…they sent a plain double. I ordered a chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, mayo, tomato, pickles…they sent me a dry sandwich with no cheese, no mayo, and the world’s tiniest mini tomato slice and single pickle slice. They gotta be doing this on purpose 😂 it’s a shame bc the burgers are pretty good, I might say better than the wings and chicken.

This is for the order out through uber eats I have three different times ordered food and not gotten the entirety of the order. I paid full price for an order of pickles. A strawberry lemonade and another order of pickles. And each time I have ordered my order was incomplete. That’s 25 dollars worth of food that I paid for and one of the To-go people got to enjoy or take home. Highly unsatisfying

Its Saturday, college football rivalry week. They have ski and basketball on the large tvs... food alright, typical for bdubs, service was standard and good

Food was pretty good, but service was slow. They had 1 woman working the bar at 130 pm on a Saturday during football season. And I wouldn't blame her, but she doesn't know how to pour a beer. At least 15% of the beer that was poured was head and several people sent there beers back to be topped off. Again, the food was ok but we had to ask for extra on our nachos as they were severely lacking in toppings.
Came back again for veterans day, they still cant pour a beer, and on veterans day, getting the vet deal in my OEF hat and not 1 thank you for your service? I usually cringe when that's said out in the wild, but on veterans day I kind of expect at least 1 then I go out to a restaurant.

A good sports bar. Limited menu of bar food. Reasonable prices.

The staff was most courteous and the wings were the best I have ever had!

-1 stars. Service was absolutely terrible. We sat down for 30 minutes without a single staff member stopping to take our order or check if we needed anything. The servers even walked past our table five times without a single glance.
Walked out and complained to the person at front, and she did not care at all.
