I recently visited the Burger King drive-through and had a disappointing experience. I waited for about 15 minutes without any movement in the line, which was frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I couldn't help but feel neglected during my wait. While the food is usually decent, the long wait time made this visit less than enjoyable. I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future.

We drive PAST the Malabar Burger King and come to this one because the manager's CARE. They listen and if they make a mistake, apologize and fix the issue. Great store!

Came here and was turned away after they had already opened. Seems to be a discrepancy between ownership who wants to make money by customers ordering, and their employees who rudely turn people away and discourage customers from ever coming back due to the way they are treated. Won’t be coming back to this Burger King unless somehow other options seem to vanish.
I can’t believe management actually backs the insufficient explanations as to why they can’t serve guests. We arrive 5 minutes before they open, and they say they don’t open for 5 more minutes. Understandable. I wait out front for 6 minutes, as they requested. I pull into the drive through and they say they don’t open for 10 more minutes, because they need to prepare the food. They did this not only to me, but to at least 10 other guests, and this is why I’ll never choose Burger King over the other options in this plaza if I have a choice. I hope management can teach their employees to 1) be ready when they say they are open, or 2) stop lying to their potential customers who are lining up outside.
Besides all of this, teach your employees to be kind.

Used uber eats… Cold cold fries , both sodas FLAT (not carbonated at all ) no ice just nasty .. Burgers ok, classic chicken sandwich had a funky bad taste not normal at all took Half a bite the rest away .. Won’t be eating from this one ever again

A fried pickle burger with no pickles is CRAZY like who do you people hire? I know it’s not teenagers. Maybe big birtha at the window should put the chocolate shake down and check what the kitchen is doing cause obviously the manager isn’t

Came through drive thru about 10am, asked the guy in drive thru if he could add regular black coffee to our vanilla iced coffee because it tasted like straight sugar. He Rolled his eves, took my cup aggressively and proceeded to fill it with MORE vanilla. When he handed it back, I still said thanks and he rolled his eyes again and turned his back to me. Will never visit this location again.

Hmmm Late night dinner, so i understand to some point the level of the meal I got But paying $25 for 2 meals and not being able to eat or drink ⅔ of it is NOT ok! Got there about 30 mins before closing Got the Wednesday whopper in a meal and a normal whopper meal No Morticia shakes available...no Dr. Pepper either... but they have the pictures of the shakes on the menus Get home to eat and relax finally First bite of fries almost broke my teeth Hard and crunchy. Overcooked and old. Both meals worth. Only able to eat maybe 6 fries each ? Burgers were alright?♀️ Drinks...wtf...they were gross! Idk what they did to make soda taste that way but they were both undrinkable. The carbonation was fine, the syrup levels fine...had nothing to do with that...but something made them taste disgusting. ??
I might give them another chance during normal hours But beware of late night dining here
