I paid for the regular price once and wanted the coupon to be used. I asked him to charge me for another whopper meal and he said: " I can't, you have to go around again. I have other people in line." I failed them so bad on the survey and left my information so corporate will contact me.If you can't log the coupons or grant them then it is false advertising with this restaurant. 30 minutes wasted of my Sunday. BK won't be getting my business anywhere on the planet!

Since the remodel and reopening that occurred towards the end of 2023, the quality of hamburgers this particular Burger King has been putting out around lunchtime has been excellent.

I have noticed at certain times of the day/evening when I get my cheeseburgers that they are just cold, cheese isn't even melted, and bun didn't seem to be put through the toaster!! But when this does happen I bring it to their attention and they take care of it with no issues so I greatly appreciate that, but if I was going through drive thru and wasn't dining-in I would have been extremely pissed off to received cold burgers like that!!
My dad's whooper buns were burnt on the inside, I asked for my cheeseburger plain but got mustard and pickles plus it was cold. Men's bathroom was out of paper towels. Also got the wrong order at first .

Just don’t have that charbroiled flavor anymore and the burgers are mini burgers not Whoppers or Jr Whoppers anymore. But they are 3 times more expensive. Their fries are never good. Just went there for something to eat. Can’t do this anymore. It’s just not a place to grab a good tasting burger anymore.Vegetarian options: None
I ordered a 6pc chicken tender kids meal, the French Fries were extremely over salted. Please advise staff do not put to much salt on Fries. Public Service Warning, parents check the Fries for to much salt.
