Not even sure where to begin. The food and service are usually great. The children (not even 21 they said) at the bar and service bar last night (03/19/25) were awful. Saying out loud that they had never bartended alone, were laughing and joking about not being able to make drinks properly. I was embarrassed for them. Ice and drinks were spilled everywhere by the arrogant bar back who thought he was something else. The "limited time filet" was a disappointment. After a long day at work, my husband and I made it through a drink and got our food to go. After the shit show we watched and waiting 45 minutes, we were good. Do better 👍

I love eating here, every time but the last has been great. This last visit I was super disappointed with the chicken pot pie though. It tasted like it had been reheated in plastic, the flavor was all off, i could only eat a few bites of my entree due to the off flavors. I've had many times in the past from the same location and will give them another shot, but can't deny that I wasn't very satisfied after our last meal there.

Normally we are always satisfied with all their food, but I ordered a pecan crispy salad but there were no pecans or jack cheese in it. The chicken was good but really missed the pecans.

The service was awesome or waitress was sweet & very attentive. The atmosphere was pretty good.
I ordered the grilled chicken, it was so hard on the bottom that I couldn’t even cut through it & of course if it’s hard, it’s dry. It was well over cooked, I definitely wouldn’t order this again.
My hubby ordered the Chicken Pot Pie he said it was good, it just needed flavor to it.

I wish they have more combinations like they had before Covid. Also, have more vegetarian friendly menu.

Cheddars has always been a family favorite,but today it was hands down the worst meal I have ever had. My Granddaughter sent her chicken fingers back they were under cooked and definitely not the same as the same as what they were the last time we were in. My Grandson ordered country fried steak it was horrible the taste the presentation over all not good,sent it back he didn't reorder anything. My tilapia was over cooked ,should not need a knife to cut into it.when I complained the server sent over a manager who seem not so concerned. He comped one meal and Granddaughter reordered just white fish with no sides. We will no longer go to Cheddars. I even asked if they had new cooks. All of us are in the Hospitality business so we do know the difference. You need to treat your customers better.

Place looks dead, workers seem like they don't want people there. Service is horrible and the cook hates his job.

I don’t mind the food here but Nayohmi’s service was practically the worst I’ve ever had. Started off with giving me the wrong drink and a Sprite that tasted like seltzer water. Could never get her attention, we get our food with the wrong appetizer and never received the right one. When we asked about the drinks while receiving the wrong appetizer, she comes out with my actual drink and another Sprite that was disgusting so it was switched for a Coke. She not once even pretended she cared not even an apology. When I asked to pay I had to ask for her to remove the appetizer we never received and with the coldest face just said ok and got the check. When I went to pay on the machine, I saw the appetizer on a separate check and didn’t want to get stopped on the way out like I didn’t pay the full bill for something I never got. It took a solid 10 mins for her to even pass by the section to pay. At that point she didn’t even look at me. The most uncaring attitude I have ever received at a restaurant in my life. What’s sad was I am pregnant and was craving but the experience ruined the entire meal for me and my boyfriend. I barely wanted to tip anything but I think on my family members who are amazing servers and left something.

Although the food and service were great, the restaurant was dirty. Dirty windows, dirty doors, and the bathrooms were really bad. Hey management!
