The food is fine the staff and management is the problem. Every time I go to this place it’s the slowest service and nothing is ever filled or ready. The staff always seem confused and do not communicate with customers at all. This is the 4th time! I have had to walk out because there was a line wrapped around and all the employees were just making drive thru orders or walking back and forth ignoring everyone standing in line. There’s no reason that 6pm on a Friday night they shouldn’t have food prepped and ready for a dinner rush. Even then the least the staff could do is give everyone in line some kind of estimated time for when the food will be ready. I’m finding myself driving across town to the other chipotle because their customer service is better and there is decent flow. Even when food is running low

I am not the one to normally complain I just don’t return my business . I can tell you I have read tons of these reviews before I decided to write . Very consistent on the timing of your issues . Who ever running this location obviously puts the talent all in the day shift . 7:15 pm still in prime time dinner 1 person working the line(crazy). Not only wait time bad but when you get up there your out of chicken , low on steak which is dry at bottom , no beans and the line is dirty. I do not blame the staff they are doing the best they can . This is a scheduling issue . Pretty sure the kid working tonight quitting soon. This location the past year is gone downhill . Oops I forgot please STOP Burning the CHIPS yuck .

Little gay dude who made my food was super rude. He rolled his eyes at me and my grandma’s orders. I asked him if he just rolled his eyes and he said “maybe.” I think the guy hates his life and should probably find a new job.
Ordered two bowls for delivery- both bowls were wrong. And about 30 min after eating some of it- I ended up throwing up everything. Definitely not going back!
The food was fresh, tasty and delicious 😋

First, when I walked into Chipotle, I was hit with a strange, unpleasant smell. I tried to ignore it and went about my business. It was off-putting, but I figured I’d move past it.
When I got to the line to order, I was told—by a rude employee—that they were out of about half the ingredients. Still, I went ahead and ordered what I could.
I sat outside to eat, only to find they were out of napkins and forks. Great.
Then I took a bite. The rice was undercooked and hard, the chicken was burnt, and overall the food tasted terrible—completely inedible.
After just a couple bites, I went back inside to ask for a refund. The same employee told me I had already eaten most of the food (I hadn’t) and refused to give me a refund
Clean, portion size has improved from when they first opened this location which is when I stopped going there, like 3 years or so ago. Had the brisket bowl which was excellent btw. Has a bit of a kick to it, just FYI 😜
I am not one to make a review, however, this is getting to be ridiculous. After reading other reviews I’ve decided to make one myself. The customer service here is the absolute worst. I understand they may hate their jobs but good grief, when you ask for a topping it’s like you’re inconveniencing them as if that’s not basically solely their job. I’m sure they have other responsibilities but you know what I mean. They slam things and make faces as if you’re bothering them while simply making your way down the line. Tonight we arrived at around 8:20 pm and when I got to the toppings, I asked if they were out of mild to which the girl confirmed and shrugged at me. When waiting to check out the guy behind us asked for mild and the girl went to the other station and grabbed a side of mild for him. Confused, I asked the checkout guy if I could also get a side of mild since she said they were out to which he replied that they “weren’t allowed to take items from that side of the store”, not sure why but okay. My fiancé then informed the guy that the girl had literally just done that for the guy behind us. The guy asked her to go get us a side and she slammed down the bowl she was working on, filled up a cup and actually slammed it down onto my bowl before storming off. It was really weird and rude for actually no reason and a pretty low stake job in my opinion. The restaurant is also always dirty to the point where no one wants to sit and eat. I get being understaffed, I get not liking your job, what I don’t get is taking it out on your customers for literally no reason at all.

This location apparently hires employees who have reading comprehension levels below that of your average 1st grader. Ordered a bowl with FOUR ingredients, and one of them was wrong. Mild salsa and guacamole are not even CLOSE to the same thing.
Dietary restrictions: Fairly allergen safe if the employees were competent.
