This place is soooo UNKEPT!! There were 4 people working(standing around) and bathrooms were no soap/tp. 1/2 of the games didn’t work properly(lights and bells flash but balls don’t pop etc) they do the BARE MINIMUM here and it’s disappointing for what you $pend! The staff very friendly and pizza was HOT but everything else is a disappointment the 2x I’ve been here!

We had the best experience here for my daughter's birthday. The two girls that were assigned to our party and the manager on duty were so friendly and went above and beyond for my daughter's bday!! And you can't beat the deals! I would definitely recommend this location as a great place to have a child's bday party!!

My granddaughter had her 6th Birthday here. I read some of the other reviews and we did NOT have the same experience that was shared about our Host Renata. Maybe others don't understand the party timeline. The first hour the children play games. We were greeted by our host who clearly told us when the food would be brought out. The place was clean, our party area was set up(we added theme decorations for our party). When it came time for the children to come back to the table our Host and her staff brought everything. The timeline flow of the party was orchestrated flawlessly by the staff. Several parties were going on at the same time, but we never felt that we weren't given individual attention. Our Host Renata has to be one of the most caring people we have had the pleasure of meeting. She went above and beyond showing compassion and care to our guests. She has an unique ability to pick up on things and handle them with grace and efficiency all while never missing a beat. This is done with a smile, tons of patience and a genuine wisdom that she is there to help create memories. They allowed us to open gifts which did take some time. They were setting up parties around us for the next scheduled time slot and we were mindful to try and finish up our party. We didn't feel rushed and Renata made sure my granddaughter got to go in the birthday ticket blaster. We have a family member that is fighting cancer and may not be here to see another birthday celebration. She understood and made sure this would be a beautiful memory. From my perspective, all the children at our party and the other parties were laughing, having fun and loved the highlight of the party dancing with Chuckie(even the adults!) Our family deeply appreciates the kindness that shined brightly from this woman, the entire staff and Chuckie cheese.

It's dirty and out dated. The workers are stretched thin compromising the safety of customers (checking kiddos stamps included). The workers couldn't get to reloading the paper on the picture booths because of being short handed. However, the staff were all amazing and kind! They apologized for the wait and brought the food out hot. The food tasted great too and was fresh! No complaints on the workers, more like of the owners and/or management for the building upgrades that are badly needed and needing more help (staff). Especially on a Friday night with multiple booked Birthday parties.
