Long waits regardless of how many are up front. I went on 6/15/25 and I had to wait like 15 minutes. Order to cook supposedly but the burger was cold, dried and bland.

We used to like Culver’s but this time all food was horrible! Cold and onion rings, crispy chicken and cheese curds you can tell were fried in old burnt oil. Burger cold also made without care. Too bad!

Never really had any issues with Culver’s, great burgers. Just a bit disappointed today. First off, I ordered by uber eats so maybe it’s different going through the drive-thru. But no straw with my drink, and the burger is cold and literally looks like the just threw it on the bun and not even well. So poorly put together. Like at least try. Idk just seems like they didn’t really care. Also wanted to note the uber eats drive came directly from Culver’s to here within 30 minutes so idk why the burger is ice cold.

Spoke with a Bessie and general manager Tatiana to let them know I took one bite of the burger I ordered and it tasted sour.. Bessie refused to give me a credit /refund told me to bring the burger back with receipt to get my refund after she found my info and what I ordered in the system.. I told her I am now 30 minutes away… she said “well bring the burger in tomorrow with receipt and she will refund me whenever she gets the burger back. So save the already rotten burger for tomorrow? I will be contacting corporate thanks for being kind.

I had a very good experience here because when I ordered the service was fast, everyone was happy, and the food was very good and I love custard.
Parking: Where i go parking is good because most people go through the drive through and it gets busy but there's plenty of parking.
