Einstein Bros. Bagels

Placing my order was like doing so with someone who didn't speak English. And she still got it wrong and charged me for a third breakfast sandwich when it should of been only 2. Not to mention, she wasn't people freindly at all. The coffee without a doubt, was the worst coffee I've ever tasted. I worked for years in NYC and I've had some real crappy coffee but this coffee took the prize! It was cold and disgusting! 🤮 As was the sandwich.

The manager deserves a raise, for having to deal with the nonsense of some of the team members. The foods ok.

I have always been a fan of Einstein Bagels. The service is always super nice and the food is good. They are a bit on the expensive side but no more than anyone else. My personal favorite is the Spinach Florentine with cream cheese and tomato.

I could not resist their Garden Avocado Signature sandwich, their passion fruit drink and their chai tea latte for the road. Not forgetting the great smiles and service !!

The food isn't worth the price. I thought it was like Panera bread quality but it's more like Wendy's quality. I ordered the pizza bagel and the sauce was weak, plus the sausage egg and cheese that was thin with a blah flavor. The staff was friendly but distracted. I won't be going back.

Moved away from Melbourne about 4 years ago but I still come down and visit my girlfriend and friends. We always make it a point to get a breakfast sandwich before she goes to work when I'm here and they never disappoint. staff is great and service is great also, plus she gets a teachers discount which is very nice of them.

Einstein has pretty good food but the service is abysmal. Everytime I went through the drive thru I had the misfortune of being in line at the drive thru while a pick up truck squeezed in and cut in front of 4 cars waiting. I told the staff - they did nothing about it. And the guy kept coming every morning and every morning he cut ppl off to get in line. Even when you don’t get jerks like him the food takes forever to get. Purposely avoiding going back

I get breakfast here about once a week. The food and the service is always awesome. Dodi is not only courteous and helpful but always tries to take my order quickly because I’m usually in a rush. She even always remembers my name, which is even more impressive because she probably helps over a hundred people a day and only sees me about once a week. I would definitely recommend Einstein Bagels to anyone looking for an awesome affordable breakfast.

I stop by Einstein’s Bagels at least 3 times a week for a bagel and coffee. The bagels are always fresh and delicious; the coffee is always hot and fresh. There is a nice, clean patio area to eat outside. Bathrooms are clean. The staff there is very friendly, and go out of their way to provide quick and accurate service. I highly recommend Einstein’s for delicious food and friendly staff.

I ordered online to pick up my food and when I arrived I was notified it wasn't ready. Definitely not a problem, so I sat down and waited patiently. As I sat there I noticed other patrons receiving food that ordered while I was sitting and waiting. After about 10 minutes I was asked what I've been waiting on and when I let then know they went to grab my food that had been sitting on top of the bagel shelf for at the least 5 minutes open and unattended. I just take the food and leave and get to my hotel 2 minutes away and my food isn't hot. AWESOME!!!! What a great way to start the day. Horrible experience.
