Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein has pretty good food but the service is abysmal. Everytime I went through the drive thru I had the misfortune of being in line at the drive thru while a pick up truck squeezed in and cut in front of 4 cars waiting. I told the staff - they did nothing about it. And the guy kept coming every morning and every morning he cut ppl off to get in line. Even when you don’t get jerks like him the food takes forever to get. Purposely avoiding going back

Food is excellent, staff is friendly, helpful and ready to start their day. The manager however, holds up production by being late most mornings to the point of being chronic. I have held off writing a bad review, because the rest of the staff is waiting to work but cannot open the store without his presence to unlock the registers.

First time I have ever tried and Einstein Bro Bagels. Service was 5 star worthy. Sara at the drive through window was so friendly and welcoming. You don’t find that this day and time very often. So I wanted recognized her for that. Good was good. I’ve never had a bagel sandwich. I had the tasty turkey and it was very good. They have a great selection so i will definitely be going back to try others while I’m here for business.

I thought, wth, a place JUST for bagels? But O.M.G. it's like a Bubba Gump bagel song... bacon and egg bagel, ham and cheese bagel, pizza bagel.... I've the family going there now too. Haha

Friendly people

This was my first time visiting and I was super impressed with my experience. Very quick service, friendly staff. I picked the Farmhouse bagel and it was amazing! I definitely will be back because there were so many options I wanted to try! 😍

Ace always takes good care of us with amazing bagels

Some of the staff are rude, i have only been here twice and each time staff have been rude. The bagels are good but I won't come to this location again because of how the environment was each time. I hope it has changed but I'd rather go to a different location.

I ordered online. When I arrived, I was told that my order was not ready. Okay, I sit down, 30 minutes pass. The ladies are looking at me as they take care of 8 people that arrive and order new orders and fulfill those orders. Finally I ask how long before I obtain my online order. Oh... Come on people...

I feel like the food is a little more pricy than I would like to pay. However, the customer service was great! This was my first time ordering and the staff on 3/24 were very patient with my confusion and helpful. I would come back.
