This was my first time visiting and I was super impressed with my experience. Very quick service, friendly staff. I picked the Farmhouse bagel and it was amazing! I definitely will be back because there were so many options I wanted to try! 😍

Some of the staff are rude, i have only been here twice and each time staff have been rude. The bagels are good but I won't come to this location again because of how the environment was each time. I hope it has changed but I'd rather go to a different location.

I ordered online. When I arrived, I was told that my order was not ready. Okay, I sit down, 30 minutes pass. The ladies are looking at me as they take care of 8 people that arrive and order new orders and fulfill those orders. Finally I ask how long before I obtain my online order. Oh... Come on people...

I feel like the food is a little more pricy than I would like to pay. However, the customer service was great! This was my first time ordering and the staff on 3/24 were very patient with my confusion and helpful. I would come back.

Is this place definitely has some amazing bagels and breakfast sandwich options.Some great drink options.I tried the country gravy bagel sandwich and it was pretty good. The garlic bagel is always my favorite! Coffee was not very impressive, but I didn't go there for the coffee!
I had great service that was friendly and the food was delicious. They do have a nice area where you can sit and work on computers or just enjoy the atmosphere.

I love how the have dog bagels. My dog loved it. My bagel was very good and so was my husband's. We will be back.

Slow is an understatement.

This was originally a 1 star review. Upon seeing the review, management reached out to see what went wrong. We gave them another try and they shined. Food was excellent and the service was too. As a guide, I rarely give a one star review. But I also rarely give a 5. Anyone can have a bad day and it should not reflect permanently on a business. They cared, and made it right. Thank you.

I’m not really sure what they have going on but I come all the time and order a sandwich and a drink. This AM I seen a deal online so I decided to order online. I placed order while I was next car in line. I get to speaker. They haven’t made order yet so I ask if I can get no egg. She tells me she can’t edit it. She then tells me this 1 time she can not add the egg but normally she won’t be able to to that
Which whatever. She’s just doing her job. The app itself should make it to where you can customize. Then I get to window and I get my drink without whip cream and Caramel so I’m like hey where’s the whipcream and Caramel she then tells me mobile orders don’t get that !! What in the heck. Online it says it does. So I’m confused there. I know I’m one of millions of customers and you probably don’t care if I ever come back but that’s just poor service. I’m sorry.
