The food is good but this lady always has an attitude when I try to modify my app order. I didn’t realize asking for cream cheese on the side was such a difficult task for your employees.

Bad experience. I asked for my bagel to be toasted extra. The manager, Justin, spent 5 minutes telling me all the reasons why he couldn't do it (although they had done it before). He kept telling me he would get in trouble and it was corporate's fault that he could not possibly accommodate my request. In the time he spent telling me that basically I am not valued as a customer enough for them to toast my bagel a little longer, he could've actually toasted it. So I left with my undertoasted bagel thinking this is just stupid. Not good customer service at all. In reference to the owner's message below, I did contact them and nobody has responded yet.

What a nightmare. This review is less about the drive thru wait time, but more about what we discovered inside the lobby. Waited in the drive thru 20 minutes. Service was curt to begin with. When we got to the pick up window…finally… another long wait to get our food. When we were handed our food, no apology for the excessive wait time. We had to stop inside the lobby after we were handed our food order. To our shock and surprise, we saw an adequately staffed lobby talking, giggling, lounging… everything except catering to the drive thru customers. It was now clear to us why we had such excessive wait time. First and last time visiting.

The bagels, warm, soft with just the right bite and chew texture. Excellent coffee freshly made and just a Great breakfast. Will be there every Monday on the way to work!

Vegetarian options: Never thought I would try avocado toast. I was wrong, just the right amount of avocado, and I love avocado on almost anything. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered the maple house sandwich and it was one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in my life. The bacon was nasty and the sausage was completely grey like it was steamed or boiled. I took a picture but don't see a way to upload it.

Wonderful delicious! The moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism and smiles, it's very clean and welcoming they have a fresh begal sign like (kk) i was amazed! the cashier was so very eager to help, I greeted her and explained I was traveling and needed a few extra moments. I decided on a sweet begal warm with honey and almond cream cheese, and a mocha coffee. The service was fast and my begal was so good i got it to but sat in for a bit. So pleased I went back the following day with husband. Staff was a bit rude this day and seemed to rushed but never the less, we enjoyed the blueberry muffin and ham and Swiss begal. Overall a thumbs up.

Wow this may be the best breakfast sandwich I have ever tried! I ordered the maple house I saw on an ad on social media. It was delicious. The woman who took my order and gave me it was super friendly and it was fast service! Will definitely be back

Einstein‘s bagels is not a New York bagel shop, but it’s as close as you’re going to get in Florida. Get there early cause they run out of onion bagels quickly.

Went through the drive through, before you leave the drive through put your vehicle in park and check ALL your orders. I asked for and Everything bagel toasted with Lox and cream cheese. I asked for No Onions, No Tomato’s, and No Capers.
My bagel was Not toasted, it had everything I asked them Not to put on it. Also I don’t recommend eating their Hash Brown. It’s disgusting its texture was horrible and tasted like play dough. Very disappointing when you pay for a service and you don’t even get what you pay for. I only wife this review because this is the second chance I have given them. When I went the first time year ago, they burnt my bagel and again put every ingredient on my bagel I didn’t want and this was when I went inside and ordered. They took forever to make the food and I didn’t have time to check as I was now in a rush to get to where I had to be going. There hasn’t been much improvement at this location. I won’t be visiting here anymore.
