The middle aged woman with glasses (dark hair, green hair tie) that served me is very rude. Its literally most firehouse subs that have rude staff. I hate coming in. She acts like you have to come in here to get food and we arent paying customers. Adjust your attitude lady. Tips for the team HA! Not even greeted properly. She also put the food together very sloppy.

Unfortunately the manager of this place was having a meltdown in front of the customers and act very rude making this place a not so nice place to eat a family dinner, was screaming at everyone at this place at 6 pm today . Hopefully the owner take a note. And touch base with her it looks like she do hate her job.

I usually order the brisket bbq cheddar but tried the roast beef au jus & it was excellent! My kid loves their meatball subs, can’t wait for them to bring back the spicy Cuban sandwich! We will continue to be regulars thanks to the crew🙌
