Great place to grab a quick sub? The subs are very tasty and juicy. They are much better than subway for sure. Not to mention the 🔥 sauces are great. They are ranked by their hotness. I went up to 8 and it was not very hot. I recommend this place for beverly . Thee have very good suba.

I just ordered three sandwiches and mac and cheese to go from this store. There was a roach in the bag with my food. I immediately threw the whole bag outside into the trash bin. When I called to ask for a refund, the manager was extremely rude. She started the conversation by telling me that there are no roaches in the store and refused to refund the order. She wanted me to dig through the trash bin to get the bag of food back out and bring it to the store. I explained that I could not do that, and she then refused to refund the purchase.
We will NOT return to this location again, which is a shame, since we were regulars. I'll be purchasing my sandwiches somewhere with fewer roaches and rude employees.

My party and I were in the Firehouse Sub store at 225 Palm Bay Rd. Melbourne FL. 32909. We arrived a couple of minutes before 5pm. Stood in line, then ordered. We were told by the manager that the they don't take $50 bills after 5pm. I had only four $50 bills. My oder came up to over 30 dollars. Yet we were refused service because of their policy when it was 5pm on the dot. My fiancé and I were the only black people in the establishment and the place had seven other customers who were white. Totally upset about how Firehouse subs treated us as were totally discriminated against.

Love the food but go all the way to another location. Young lady with Panda costume was very rude to me and the young lady with the black button up sat there and didn’t say anything. She rubbed off as discriminatory. Be careful the wrong person would pursue it further. Five Guys customer service is great chat with your neighbors

Aiden was beyond rude the sandwich maker and the cashier the difference between the way they treat black and white customers is very alarming. Both the cashier and the sandwich maker working October 30th around 8pm. I won’t eat here again

With every visit there, I'm never let down. The consistency of what they give never has changed. I especially like the bread they make the subs with and the fact the respect how I like my subs made.

The middle aged woman with glasses (dark hair, green hair tie) that served me is very rude. Its literally most firehouse subs that have rude staff. I hate coming in. She acts like you have to come in here to get food and we arent paying customers. Adjust your attitude lady. Tips for the team HA! Not even greeted properly. She also put the food together very sloppy.
