got the frankies sandwich there and the tiramisu to go. sandwich had perfect ratios of high quality ingredients & hands down best tiramisu ive gotten in brevard county! highly recommend this place

We went here for lunch yesterday for the first time and the food was fantastic. The meatball sandwich was so big that I ate half and had the rest for dinner. Was in the neighborhood today and stopped in for a hot pastrami sandwich and a slice of pizza to go. Both were delicious and I plan to become a regular!

My friend and I went here for lunch the other day. I got the calzone to go and I got a BLT for dining in.

My friend got a sandwich too and she got some garlic bread.

The sandwiches came with some chips and a pickle.

The decor is really pretty and there's a lot of cool stuff everywhere.

It's a deli but you can also eat there too. They have really good Calzones and I always like to order something to eat there and a Calzone to go.

They're super cool nice people over there. I've been here quite a few times in the past few years and I really like the place so I gotta keep coming back every now and again.

Parking: Plenty of parking outside. Big enough lot that's not overly busy.

Absolutely delicious! The subs, pizza, pasta...always the best. I have recommended Frankie's to many people ans all have become fans. I like how he knows my name when I come in. Today my "church ladies" will try out delivery from there.

When it comes to sandwiches Frankie’s is the best, hands down. Every sandwich is fantastic and the bread is amazing. The debate is about getting a cold sandwich or a hot sandwich whenever we go. And that doesn’t even include their pizza! It’s amazing and a great add on to the sandwich. Staff is fantastic as well.

Nice friendly staff food was gd but everyone kike there owe way of cooking so no judgement of food was very tasty eggplant parm was gd lots of cheese and the pasta was perfect

We came upon this place last week while in the area and we came back this week because it was so good love the atmosphere

Vegetarian options: I love the fact that they offer vegetarian Items and especially love the eggplant Parmesan. Everything we have had here has been excellent. So glad we found this place.
