Very delicious reasonably price Chinese food. One of my favorites in Gilbert. The walnut shrimp is a favorite. It is family friendly. Food comes out hot and quick. Right on Power and Baseline.
The service was quick and friendly. They prepared my togo within 5 minutes. I don't know how it was possible to cook that fast. I got the Yui Shan spicy pork and house special chow mein. Both were seasoned well and delicious. It wasn't overly salty or greasy. The portions were very generous for $20+. The chow mein was slightly dry though, but it was okay since I could just use the sauce from the spicy pork dish to moisten the noodles. The spicy pork wasn't that spicy. Happy kitchen was a happy discovery. In a shipping center, there were a limited number of seats. But the food was marvelous and the server was cordial and attentive. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time, but they seem to do a lot of take out business with door dash and the like. Very clean and servings were large and tasty.
