I had to write this review based off of our wonderful server named Kris. She was awesome and made sure we had drinks before we left without even asking us if we wanted them. This is my first time ever having a server give you drinks before you leave and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with her consideration and thoughtfulness of doing that without us even asking. I told her I was impressed and she said if you're from the south we don't let anyone leave without a drink. Food was delicious but they put too much spinach in my omelet. Next time I'll make sure to stress not a lot of spinach.

It was the weekend. Including tip, the breakfast for 2 was over 50 dollars. The restaurant was basically empty. Instead of seating us the manager made eye contact, went in back to summon someone, then started changing light bulbs in the over table lights while we waited 8 minutes to be seated. The food was spot on for ihop food, but not worth the price. Will only go here on week days when they have the 6.99 specials.

You would think with so much competition that places would offer best service, food, and atmosphere. However, the attitude seems to be there are thousands around me, so if 1 doesn't like it, oh well, others will come. Lived in this area for 7 months and have yet to find good service, food and atmosphere.

We were waiting for a while to be seated, rug entrance was dirty, a lot of table dirty, low staff and one of the chair was fixed with a napkin to avoid movement!!! Staff appearance is poor, hygiene is essential in a food environment. I have come in 3 occasions a still the same, Palm Bay should follow IHOP near Brevard Zoo, is clean, friendly and Amazing!!!

We feel that there is a lack of handicap accessible seating and parking. We waited over 45 minutes for a seat to accommodate an electric wheelchair. Not very hospitable.
I was there around 930am on 12/28. I took a couple bites of my food and noticed it had hair in it. I waited around to notify the waitress but she was busy with other tables so I went to the employee up front to let her know that I didn’t want to just walk out but there’s hair in my food and I don’t want to eat it or have it remade. My son also had a meal that he barely touch and we both had orange juice. I was told the waitress would be out to help me and another employee notified the manager. The waitress comes out and after explaining to her that there was hair in my food she said she would take the order off. I waited patiently to see what exactly was being done about this being that I had two meals both barely touched and after she finished doing some things on the register she tells me my total is over $21. I asked her what I was being charged for and she says the two orange juices and my son’s french toast meal. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid although I shouldn’t have had to pay for anything other than the orange juice we drank. Had there not been hair in my food I would have ate and taken my son’s leftovers home but everything was left on the table barely touched and I had to pay a bill of over $21. I won’t be back to this location nor would I recommend it.
