I wanted to give this place a try, and I had heard good things about it.
We ordered breakfast at lunchtime. Had a hankering for French toast. The regular FT were just really plain, not even sure they had powdered sugar. The syrup added some flavor to them. I really dislike overly sweet stuff, so I didn't order a topping. The FT were thick and hardy, I got a 3 piece breakfast. Only ate two and were full with that. They have an option I believe of only two.
I have to say, when they say that it is outstanding, or renowned coffee. It is pretty good. It was not bitter, but it still had a good taste. Had 2 cups even. But it is over $4 for that.

Service was a tad slow but accommodatable. The breakfast coffee and tip were about $19. Which I find a tad high for breakfast. Now I know why I just don't go out as much anymore.

20 minute wait, another 60 minutes for food which was mediocre at best. Service which avoided any contact during the wait was horrible.

Great brunch place with fast and friendly service. I thought I'd have a long wait when I first arrived, but I was seated in less than 10 minutes. Rob took excellent care of me, and I will definitely be back to try breakfast next time.

I usually come here all the time and never had any issues. The food was excellent as always. However, I felt that the service prior to being seated could be better. I was placed on a waitlist while tables were being cleared. I provided them my number and even watched them write it next to my name to make sure it was correct. I waited outside until there was a free space because there was nowhere to sit in the waiting area and crowded by the door. Time went by and I waited. I understood that it was crowded and the seating arrangement order could be different since it was just me and not a group. It wasn’t until another party came in and was almost immediately seated while I waited. When I came up to the booth to explain the situation, they claimed they called me, which was false because my phone didn’t ring even with full signal and WiFi calling enabled. They then said they must’ve called another number, which didn’t make sense because I saw they had my number on the chart. I also did not hear my name when I was outside waiting when they called for other parties. My car was parked right across from the door and I could still hear when people were called. Overall, I do think the waitlist process can be improved either with a text messaging system to back up the attempts claimed, or implement an enhanced waitlist management system so parties can have the option to wait in their cars if there is no room inside to wait. That is the only feedback I have. Everything else was fine.

The food was decent tasting and presented well, however the service for me was lacking. I got the impression that I was not a priority at all. Water was not offered, my two coffee refills only happened when I called the waitress over. I won’t be coming back.

This is our favorite breakfast place. Love the atmosphere, love the food, and love the service! Definitely the cleanest restaurant we have ever been to. This is a restaurant that takes pride in what they are doing.

Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids ages 8 & 6, love this place. It is their first request.
