We were coming home from Maryland after visiting family, we ordered 2 meals to pick up when we were 2 hours out, I called to change pick up time to 7:40 pm we were told the manager would make the change hma d have it ready, So after a 14 hour drive we get there and they cancelled our order. Didn't wate for service for 1 second. Our waitress was amazing. Our food came out quick. My drinks where never empty. A issue that was not there falt with a gift card the manager came out and helped us. The dogs was better then expected. The bartender doesn't get enough credit. What more can you ask for

I just want to preface this by saying my server was great. Recommended I got a certain drink and had good service , the FOODDD on the other hand I can’t even make this up was just insanely undercooked . I asked for a medium cooked steak and it was rare, red, and squishy looking. I sent it back and got it back looking the exact same just extra cheese sloppily put on top. I wasn’t too much expecting it to be completely taken off the bill and was hesitant to even say anything because I understood it’s the holiday season, very busy and not my servers fault at all but I feel like if it was sent back and not even fixed at all it should’ve atleast been taken half off . I spent nearly $30 just on the entree and only $14 was taken off my $100 bill. I spent good money there and was just hoping to get it fixed I didn’t even want to say a second time I couldn’t eat it . It’s the holidays and not my servers fault fault she was awesome so obviously I still tipped appropriately but the problem was with the kitchen and management for allowing that. I wish I got her name because she was great but I’m so disappointed for how much money I spent and wasn’t even able to eat my meal. The pictures are a before and after so it’s obviously no difference

Adrina, kam, are the most attentive hostages with a genuine smile I ever met. Chris was very cordial server to date. Excellent service and beyond standards of hospitality... Ps the chop steak is under priced or that chef is under paid! No reason that meal is under 20 bucks

Walked into restaurant and I almost walked out..carpet dirty and the entire restaurant smelled moldy- they need to update palm bay

Dissapointed in our most recent experience here just a few days ago. From the moment we walked in, this location did not give off the high class and professional vibe that it used to. Employees looked sloppy and unkempt. Food was extremely salty. Asked for my steak well done and it came out medium - medium rare in some spots. Food took an extremely long time to come out as well. Taste was still really good but my stomach hurt while I was still eating and now my boyfriend and I both are having stomach troubles two days later we’re pretty sure are from this location.

Nice place to grab lunch or dinner .. not too crowded excellent service and a nice atmosphere
