Was so looking forward to a juicy flavorful steak. The steak was missing flavor. It was cooked to my specifications, medium rare, but had very little flavor. The Brussel sprout were dry and cold. The salad was fresh and presented well.

It’s my anniversary and I trust you guys to provide the meal for us and I bring home an incorrect order with multiple items missing and I leave a $10 tip for curbside pick up !! This is not the reaction I need when trying to do something nice for my wife! Thanks a lot

Everything was very nice.
Atmosphere was alright, except we were seated by the kitchen doorway. There were plenty of empty tables available, I didn't appreciate the staff traffic or the noise.

My family and I went here Sunday for the first time. We have been to many longhorns but this one was by far the worst visit ever. First my French onion soup came out and you could tell it had been sitting a while. It was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Then our steaks came out completely rare and they forgot my god daughters steak all together. Twenty minutes went by and they still hadn't brought our corrected steaks and her food. The manager walked over with bad info thinking he was helping the situation but clearly had no clue what had actually happened. he offered a free desert as compensation which was a low ball offer given how bad the service was at this point. When our steaks finally came out they were all cooked well done which wasn't even close to what we ordered. We gave them back and left and will not return to this place

Great French onion soup and they even had my all time favorite still in the register to ring up. Ask for the rocky top chicken. ;)

I recently ordered 2 New York strips, 1 chicken parm and all the meat isn’t cooked all the way through! They are selling raw food trying to food poison their customers! Why spend 90 dollars on take out dinner and they can’t even cook it the correct temperature? Absolutely ridiculous. Take your time! I ordered at 7:40pm and estimated time done was 8:04. I waited 30 minutes for this food and they still packaged it raw! I want my money back! Or another same order I just placed this night. And I understand that it’s Friday night and it’s busy but COOK THE FOOD AT LEAST!

Love this place. The staff are all so wonderful. It's like walking into your home. Very comfortable atmosphere, and they take care of ya there. The food is always outstanding, but the people make it better!!!!
