The facility is sooo dirty..... ewww the bathroom was a disaster. A black sink does not hide the grime. We ordered some biscuits and gravy. While the biscuit was good the gravy came out of a can and reminded me of a gradeschool cafeteria.

It's not what it once was, I don't feel like they are as fresh and they never have the old fashioned sour cream donuts anymore. They always say they just make them today 😔

I got a 6 pack of donuts here and it was pretty expensive around $20. The cupcakes could have been amazing but a lot of them were extremely dry. The only moist cupcake was the redvelvet. Service was very friendly but for over $3 a cupcake I don’t expect to receive old dry cupcakes… will try again but not a great impression for my first time.

The store it's self is fine, a little pricey, but fine. Their ghost kitchen Eggy's is a joke. It's frozen food heated up and thrown it a foam box. I ordered the farmers skillet and got nasty mosh. The hash brown was still frozen in the middle, the egg was a burnt scramble something and I have yet to find the ham and other ingredients. BUYER BEWARE DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

I’m leaving a review to let y’all know- on Doordash, all of your cupcakes, muffins, etc, don’t have the options to select a flavor or type. So i can’t place an order.

My first time at Love Bugs Bakery and Donuts was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I tried the Oreo-style donut, and it was absolutely delicious – a perfect blend of flavor and sweetness! I’ll definitely be back to try more!”

It's sad to see how far downhill this place has gone. I grew up going here practically every Sunday morning with my family, and they used to be the best dessert place we could find in all of Florida. Fresh food, great staff, friendly managers and a great environment. Nowadays, none of that is true. I went the other day and ordered a bunch of food, hoping to like at least one thing, but I couldn't even get past one bite of anything I ordered, and I'm not picky. I didn't even know you could make powdered sugar taste stale, and the frosting was so old on everything that you could've used it as a rock. Near the end, we even had the pleasure of listening to the manager scream at an employee for waiting to talk to them instead of constantly working like the employee had been doing the entire time we were there(this employee stood and waited to talk to the manager for about five seconds before getting screamed at to "keep doing stuff while he waits for her"). I feel so bad for these employees and the fact that the manager does that in front of customers makes me wonder what she's like when no one's in the store. You can literally get better service, food and environment at mcdonalds, and that's not a high bar.
