The drive through was super loud volume and they kept asking me to wait to put in my order. Service was slow.

Went through the drive-thru ordered two McChicken sandwiches large french fry large Sprite lady said does everything look good on the screen nothing popped up pull up to the cashier lady asked me did I order something I said yes to McChicken sandwiches large fry large Sprite she charged me $10.03 pull up to the next window to grab my food only one sandwich call the lady order two they told me to pull up and wait I waited 5 minutes end left I will never come to this location again

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to write a review but here we are. I am pretty much a morning regular at this location, grabbing some breakfast on my way into work, mainly because it’s cheaper and tastes better than the food served at our own cafeteria. However, the food may be good but ever since that new General Manager has taken over, this establishment has went to crap. I used to consider it the best McDonalds in the area. I don’t know how many times now since he has taken over that there have been issues, from being out of a product for multiple days to other things. And after he took over, the best drive-thru worker that any restaurant had around here was fired. Vickie was awesome! She knew me from the time she heard my voice and what my order was going to be. That is great customer service when they get to know the regulars, treat them with a happy voice and smile, talk to you like you have known each other forever or like family. All that good wholesomeness has disappeared since this new GM has taken over. Even the workers look miserable and depressed. It’s rare to see a smile there anymore. That new GM needs to go, and go far away! And…bring Vickie back!!!

Worst mcdonalds around. As unhealthy as mcdonalds is the food shouldn't always be cold. At least redunk it in oil or something.

Everyone was very nice and working hard. Food was fresh and hot. A little dirty, but only because they were so busy they couldn't quite keep up with all the people. Very busy.

Super clean, super modern and super fast. Cant believe they took less then a Minute to get an ice cream. They are a well oiled machine. Nice folks

We rarely leave reviews, but this is one of the few exceptions. We are not easily impressed. There was something special about the way Carolyn served us. Her all around attitude and smile had a direct effect on our otherwise gloomy day. I just wanted and hoped that your employee Carolyn was acknowledged.

This late night visit, deplorable. Zero cars in front, zero cars behind me in late night drive through. Ordered 3 items total, and was asked to move ahead from pickup window to wait for food. I asked why, if nobody is around? They walked away. Since no cars at all in drive through, one wonders why it took so long.
Food bag is given, I start asking why I was instructed to move, they didn't have a single concern to hear me out. I asked, do you care about my feedback? Or shall I save my breath?
Their reply: save your breath. Nice.
I get home, and of course they messed up the order too. The best part, I gave up half my food to replace the missing item someone else ordered. Absolutely rubbish personnel. Friday, September 26th around midnight. If anyone of consequence reads this for McDonald's, look up the shift manager. She needs to be trained, re-trained, or not retained.
Update: there are issues with the night happenings here. Staff is rude, not attentive, and pulled up with NO other cars in sight. Still waiting on the side for a badic order. 3 other cars pulled aside. Night staffing is a mess. Be warned.

This is the best mcdonalds ive been too in a long time. The afternoon manager yesterday was amazing so kind and professional. Ive couldnt have ask for a better service they need some recognition for being amazing so please will coperate show some love and please let them know that thier kind gestures and manners and professionalism wont go unnoticed
