I went in through drivethrough in the morning. They told me to go to spot one, and they forgot about me and I went back in and one of the employees tried to lie and say they gave me the food when I never got it. On top of all of this when I ordered a ham an egg mcmuffin they only ordered me a egg mcmuffin.

Fast food is called fast food because you should be able to go there, order and grab your food quickly then head out. Whether you go there in the mornings, afternoons after you get off work, in the evenings, or even late nights. Every time I seem to go there I have an average of a 15 to 20 minutes wait time. Wish the service would be a lot quicker, and it apparently is for others because I had 5 cars behind me in my recent order I picked up from McDonald's, and they all got their food before I did. Y'all need to work on your orders order, and consistency on better times of getting your food out. Still good food overall, but yeah, really need to work on your service time.

We ordered delivery food from here from the official McDonalds app. They allowed someone else to pick up our order not affiliated with any delivery service (which was supposed to be Doordash). We waiting for our food for over an hour only to find this out. Very disappointed. Now we wait for our refund. Absolute garbage of a place.

There was only one time that my order was right from here. I just went there today and only got two things and both of them were not correct. I don’t recommend and will be driving further to a different fast food restaurant next time.

When I tell y'all this location has the worst service! I've went to this location for the past few weeks since I've started my new job this location ALWAYS messes up my order or takes so long when there are barely any cars in the drive thru(2-3) or the lobby is dry...today 01/16 I go in order a big breakfast with hotcakes waited from 7:35-750 for my food mind you I start work at 8......they then bring my order out which is not fitting enough to serve a dog of old ass eggs and cold food...I ask the young girl why did they take so long ..she said we're busy and walked away ..keep in mind there was only 3 cars in the drive thru when I arrived served quickly and 4 cars that were behind me was serve quickly as well....

The white lady with the orange hair on shift Friday, January 3rd at 12 midnight is very racist, speaks inappropriately and does not know the basics of dealing with customers... and when I asked her to speak to me nicely, she said to me, you can go to another branch... this is the last time I come to this branch
