Ordering from here is a gamble. Order chicken and rice soup you might get tomato soup. Order more than 6 things something will be missing. Food is good when it is correct.

Im a long time fan of Panera, especially the bagels. Lately the everythings arent quite right. They don't seem fully cooked. They aren't as brown on the outside and don't have the original texture inside. Looks like they have changed the recipe. I just learned that these are not 'New York' bagels. NY bagels are boiled not baked and have some other subtle differences that IMH make a big difference. I'll be looking for true 'New York' bagels from now on.

While I do like coming to the Palm Bay Rd. Location, tonight was a different experience our cashier Elena is very rude with an attitude, acting annoyed that I asked for no salad dressing. As far as the food they were your basic Panera quality.

Not impressed, I got a sandwich. It didn’t have any of the sauce on it. I called and they said that I would get a free sandwich just to come in whenever. A few weeks later, I went in to get my free sandwich they said I had to have a Coupon or an email. Which I did give the lady all the information I went through all of my emails. I didn’t have anything. The manager said she’s new and she talked to them and that there’s nothing she can do, they resent me the coupon but said I can’t use it this visit and I have to use it a different visit. When I specifically planned to get lunch from Panera because I knew I had this free sandwich due to having the issues last time… very unprofessional and poorly handled customer service. I will not be returning to Panera and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Everything just has an issue with it. Service is slow. Portions are small. Prices are high. Super sugary drinks. It's fine. A nice place to meet friends. The photo is an orange scone!! No icing, super small, and so dry 😭💔

Walked in an hour after opening, and there were 3 MAYBE 4 people walking around. Not one greeted me, and I waited way too long to be noticed. The girl with the big lashes seemed bothered that a customer needed assistance. I figured walking in May be quicker than the always super long wait at the drive thru, but I guess they hate all the customers' drive-thru or walk in 😆 panera, you need to change ur hiring process! Also, train your employees to put down the name they're given, not w.e they want pls as that could have been confusing. This location always has the most rude employees.

Place is great if you want your take out order to be incorrect. My wife ordered a bowl on Chili to bring home for me. When she came home I opened the bag and it was Broccoli soup. Last time I ever come to this location.

All the tables were dirty. While wiping off a table to sit my family down for lunch, I noticed the thick layer of dust all over the tops of the booth seats. Plus all the booth seats I could see had rips and tears to match the stained up carpets...gross

Went to the Palm Bay Panera today. This location has bad food and service. Lots of young employees that are standing around talking to one another instead of working. My sandwich was a greasy mess. Left us sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The car in front of me only got a drink. I usually go to the Wickham Rd location. Management and staff there are so friendly and professional. Palm Bay Panera could definitely use some tips from them and training.

Very disappointed. First I waited forever.The items I ordered were not even completed. So I went back thru told them the items I were missing. I went home to find out my order was not even cooked correctly. Missing items. So I called and the management said they were going to do something but nothing got done. I rarely go out and I chose them .
