Walked in an hour after opening, and there were 3 MAYBE 4 people walking around. Not one greeted me, and I waited way too long to be noticed. The girl with the big lashes seemed bothered that a customer needed assistance. I figured walking in May be quicker than the always super long wait at the drive thru, but I guess they hate all the customers' drive-thru or walk in 😆 panera, you need to change ur hiring process! Also, train your employees to put down the name they're given, not w.e they want pls as that could have been confusing. This location always has the most rude employees.
Place is great if you want your take out order to be incorrect. My wife ordered a bowl on Chili to bring home for me. When she came home I opened the bag and it was Broccoli soup. Last time I ever come to this location.

All the tables were dirty. While wiping off a table to sit my family down for lunch, I noticed the thick layer of dust all over the tops of the booth seats. Plus all the booth seats I could see had rips and tears to match the stained up carpets...gross

Went to the Palm Bay Panera today. This location has bad food and service. Lots of young employees that are standing around talking to one another instead of working. My sandwich was a greasy mess. Left us sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The car in front of me only got a drink.
I usually go to the Wickham Rd location. Management and staff there are so friendly and professional. Palm Bay Panera could definitely use some tips from them and training.

Very disappointed. First I waited forever. The items I ordered were not even completed. So I went back thru told them the items I were missing. I went home to find out my order was not even cooked correctly. Missing items. So I called and the management said they were going to do something but nothing got done. I rarely go out and I chose them .

The front service employee was very cold and no help at all. I will not recommend anyone to this location!!!
I got the new French Dip sandwich determined to eat it no matter what because I'm hungry. I also thought to myself, 'french dips are so easy to make I'm sure I won't be disappointed. '. Well, it's hard to eat a dry, stale, and MEATLESS sandwich. I know everyone has cut back on portions but dang. I expected something like that from somewhere else, not Panera. There was literally maybe a strip of meat on each half and the second half of my sandwich was only half the size of the first half with almost no meat

I’ve been to this place for years
Never had any issues
This morning I come & order a large lemonade & first sip it taste bad almost as if it went bad or left out in room temperature for a while
It was not fresh & it was very disappointing because I wasn’t feeling well & needed some lemonade. I could’ve called & spoke to management however this should not happen, Panera bread is a quality brand and is not cheap
idk who is in charge of that but somebody can get sick!
this is how two separate halves of sandwiches were opened. uneaten and untouched. this is exactly how I opened the Sandwiches for my son and daughter. it was first of all wrapped in a ball like a burrito and all smashed together and looked like it had fallen on the floor several times before wrapped into a ball instead of individually also there was no chips apple or bread in bag just one burrito ball of smashed food. I went in and the lady gave us three free cookies and wrapped the next one individually into two Sandwhiches and was very nice but we still didn’t have chips and had other food waiting to be picked up somewhere cold because of how long this issue took. I have never seen someone wrap something that looks stomped on Into a ball in my life it was very unlike Panera.
When looking for a nearby place to have a coffee with your friends this is your business to go. I recommend Panera because they contribute to their community. Panera donates their daily bread to local shelters, and will deliver meals for those bedridden.

The slowest Panera Bread in the whole world. Sucks everytime I come.
Sassy workers flirting with a carefree manager.
It sucks here.
