Love this place, The staff is wonderful especially Joslyn and Tammy, we have never been disappointed with the service or food and the atmosphere is welcoming with a great vibe.

The food was not hot. Everyone in the party agreed that the food was warm at best. I had lunch special 2 slices of pizza they were room temp. That 1 waitress was running around trying to take care of the entire dining room.

Came in for dinner tonight (nov 7th), did not realize this was a full service restaurant, walked up to the counter and asked what slices they had, ordered the slice to sit in, as I as eating my slice and a waitress comes up to me and tells me the next time I order a slice I must take it to go, that dine is only for full service in a very rude manner. I will not be back, even for take out

The day that hurricane milton I ordered a large pizza for delivery. Pizza vola lost power and my order got lost. After they got power again my ordered showed up again and stayed late to make my pizza. When it arrived to my house they didn’t even charge me. Thank you pizza vola for staying late and delivering my pizza !!

The chicken and broccoli dish was expensive and very poorly done. The side salad was provided with a thimble full of dressing. Not worthy of our continued business.
Had lunch here on 10/11/2024 and that will be the LAST TIME I support this Man's (and I use that term loosely) business! Not only did he scream and yell at an employee in the open kitchen but proceeded to bring the young man out to the dining area and berate him in front of staff & customers! Unacceptable! How can you treat your staff like that and expect them to respect you? That was unacceptable behavior for a 2nd grader ... Nobody wants to hear that, I was mortified for that young man. Not to mention disgusted by the Owners (Tony I think is his name) actions! I will not be back and will tell anybody who will listen to do the same! Run your business not your MOUTH!! I'm a regular who has loved the food here for close to 10 years.
That's why I am disappointed today. The antipasto salad is already $15.99. My wife wanted shrimp, so I paid the $6.99 uncharge for shrimp....the salad arrived with only THREE SHRIMP....That's disgusting and shameful...are you guys crazy? Not at all acceptable. Fix this, or we're out (and not quietly)....THREE SHRIMP for $7 is beyond stupid and ridiculous.

I love going here I love that they have a little outdoor bar seating area and lots of good fans for the hot days. They have a ton of TVs to watch football or any sports that you might be into. I love that they have wine on tap I think that's fun. But my concern now is that as a single person dining alone I spent with tip included almost $100 on my meal a personal pizza a bowl of soup and several glasses of wine. For the first time on this visit I noticed that my receipt also said that there would be a 2.53% surcharge if I used my debit or credit card. This was shocking it literally made my bill go up by 10 to $15. It left a sour taste in my mouth no matter how much I like the food I will be seriously questioning when or if I'll ever go back. And I always leave a 20% tip at least so that's why my bill ended up being closer to $100 I don't think I've ever spent that amount of money on one meal by myself unless I was heavily drinking alcohol liquor base drinks.
