Planet Smoothie

This location is very unorganized, and unprofessional. I came in at 7:30 and drove a few miles to get there and upon arrival was told that they were “closed”.

The sign outside the door said they closed at 8p.m. When I confronted the person at the front register she said they were closing early for the winter season yet none of their signage was update, the doors were unlocked, and the neon light sign that says “Open” was ON!!!

The woman wasn’t even sympathetic towards me after I explained to her that I drove quite a few miles to get there as the location isn’t close to me and she did not care.

Terrible business. Should close or be bought by better competent business owners.

Zero stars. Owner is an old man who is disrespectful to women. Toilet paper all over, bugs, run down. I’d never eat anything from this establishment, very dirty. Avoid at all costs.

I am pretty sure I have tried every smoothie here and they are all fantastic! The workers are kind, polite & keep the store clean and feeling fresh and welcoming. I highly recommend this smoothie place!
&& try the PBJ! It is currently my favorite one ☺️

I want to sincerely thank the team at Planet Smoothie (PSM19064) at 225 Palm Bay Road, #189, West Melbourne, for a truly exceptional experience that reflects the highest standards of professionalism and honesty.

During a recent visit, my wife accidentally left her cell phone behind, along with her university ID and credit card inside the phone case. We only realized it after returning to our apartment, and I immediately called the store. Amanda answered the phone promptly and kindly informed us that we could pick it up.

Sure enough, both Amanda and Guy had taken the initiative to secure the phone and its contents. Their honesty, professionalism, and calm handling of the situation turned what could have been a stressful experience into a memorable and positive one.

Employees like Amanda and Guy are true assets to Planet Smoothie. Their integrity and customer-first mindset don’t just reflect well on them—they bring real prestige to the brand and the location. I was so impressed by the way they handled this that I’m now using the experience as a case study in the marketing management classes I teach, highlighting the value of genuine customer care and ethical conduct in business.

We visit for thr first time last week and definitely came back this past weekend. The girls at the front desk are AMAZING . Acai Bowls are amazing .. best place to go with the family. yo enjoy something healthy together ..

Great place for a non sugar filled smoothie. Staff is always friendly and drinks are quick. There are tables to eat inside as well.

I love this place!! This location especially. I am not one to typically leave a review, but the team that works there truly take pride in their work. The acai bowls are beautifully made and the smoothies are evenly and deliciously blended. The young ladies and men that work there are fast and efficient and always friendly. This location is amazing and they create such a fun and inviting atmosphere. We are weekly, if not daily customers and we've never had a less than stellar experience. Thank you Planet Smoothie!!!
