I don’t know her name but a young blonde lady makes my bowl, and NAILS it every time. Everyone in there has amazing customer service and whatever I order is delicious and made super fast. Love them. Food is good but service is better. :)

Great staff terrible environment:For the price of the smoothies this place is not worth it came in for an elvis and it wasnt good at all even though the staff was great I didnt feel like the place was great for me very depressing atmosphere and barely any seating and the seating that was there was right next to a window very unappealing will not be coming back here again

my girlfriend came in ordering a smoothie and clearly asked for certain things to be left out of the smoothie because she’s allergic, they made the smoothie like normal disregarding the allergies, plz be more careful you could kill someone
One of the worst smoothies I have ever had in my life. We ordered the chocolate chimp and the flavor was disgusting. There was nothing in it that represented chocolate flavor at all. The girl was very polite and very sweet, but unfortunately wont be back again. We ended up paying $20 and had to throw them

My experience at Planet Smoothie was absolutely fantastic, I was having a terrible day but thanks to an employee named Brady it turned right around. His service was top tier, he is not only knowledgeable but very skilled in his craft and also demonstrated a fantastic ability to give recommendations based on my preferences. Brady made me feel right at home with his warm, friendly personality and his attentiveness was second to none. My smoothie was prepared perfectly, clearly showing his skills and dedication. Thanks to Brady, I will definitely be coming back and look forward to my next visit. A 5-star experience!
