Dry hard and cold chicken. You can see all pre cooked chicken on the top of the grill getting dry. I understand tying to cut corner and have some precooked for fast service but they should have a better way to keep it. Not coming back to this location.

I should have hightailed it when I saw a graveyard of chickens swinging above the grill like some bizarre avian scarecrow. Were they trying to air-dry them into jerky? The rice was a mushy mess, and the banana in the soup? Let's just say it resembled a rubber tire more than a tropical fruit. I could write a comedic novel about this disaster, but I'll spare you the details."

Used to have good food and good, quick service. The employees used to be responsive, and with sense. Twice within a week we have gone here, and both times told we couldn’t buy tropical trio dishes. Told they didn’t have pork the first time, and wouldn’t sub anything else. Ended up ordering other stuff elsewhere, instead. Tonight we were told we could not order it again after waiting in line for 10 minutes, because they were out of chicken. When asked about this, she said that if they sold out earlier in the day during a rush, that it would take 45 minutes to make more chicken. Obviously the employees are lacking customer service training, and the manager/owner lacking forecasting abilities to keep food ready to sell. I’ve never worked at, or been to a restaurant that doesn’t understand how to watch for dwindling supply, and preemptively prepping. Both times the person on the intercom sounded like I was the problem.

Great restaurant with great food and location. I've gotten an order wrong and it was a ton of work to reach out to them. They forgot about 15 dollars worth of food in a 40 dollar order but I got a refund through corporate. Went back today but I got burnt dry chicken. It's a great place when the food Is made well but it's entirely too inconsistent and I can't drive back to get my order fixed on a regular basis.

I drive through tonight for half a chicken, when I got home the chicken was so dried out and shriveled up that the wing and leg were un edible and I didn’t get a 4th piece. Only 3 pieces and 2 I couldn’t even eat. It seemed it was cooked hours before and kept under a warmer it was awful. It’s the only pollo tropical around, but I will NOT get chicken for there again. Must find a new place I guess unless the restaurant is willing to make it right

I try to order since this restaurant is on my way home. Nobody in the register and there were employees just talking in the drive-truh only 2 families inside the store were eating and I was there with 3 children and my husband was hard to not see us. Just now 6:40pm 11/30/24 we went to Culver's

Just walked in to grab a bite; slow. Only two people in front of me in line and I stood there for over 10 minutes. The employees are taking their sweet time, no sense of expediting your food. I walked out. I’d hate to see this place if they actually got busy.
