Received a moldy biscuit. Chicken thighs were very small. Gravy had a strange taste to it. I ordered delivery. I used the support feature on the Popeyes app to report poor quality. Reported it twice, and sent a photo twice. It said no food was detected in my photos. The biscuit was the only thing visible.

Anyway, I've been to this Popeyes a couple times and wasn't a fan. This experience was frustrating though. I won't come to this Popeyes location again, and learned to never order through their app.

My recent visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen had a few minor hiccups, but I can see improvements happening. The ordering process could be clearer—there’s a sign about using the kiosk and paying cash at the counter that’s easy to miss, and a little more guidance from staff would help.

That said, the location seems like it’s starting to get things together, which is great to see. The tenders weren’t as warm as expected this time, but I’m hopeful that consistency will continue to improve. Overall, it feels like they’re moving in the right direction.

I haven’t even gotten my food yet. I ordered this from Home. It said come pick it up. It’s ready and now I’ve been sitting right. Wait in 20 minutes.

Chunks of straight hair in my chicken that were not my hair and another chunk on my drink.Absolutely disgusting .

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was tough, like it had been prepared a while before. The sandwich was saturated with the orange sauce. It was so messy and gross. It had been a long time I had last been to the restaurant and it will be even longer towards the next time.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES ASAP!!!! AS PALM BAY / MELBOURNE RESIDENT FOR A FEW YEARS THIS POPEYES ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS….THERES NO SENSE OF URGENCY, THE EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANNA BE THERE(If that’s the case quit and find another job) FOOD TAKES FOREVER AT LEAST 20 MINS FOR CHICKEN WHEN THE RESTAURANT IS EMPTY AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR ASSISTANCE ITS ALWYS “WE’ll BE RIGHT WITH YOU” AND THEN THEY FORGET ABOUT YOU………… PLEASE IF THERE’S ANY OWNERS THAT READ THE REVIEWS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE.

HELLOOO OH MY GOSH. their strawberry lemonade... MMMMMMMM busts. I got an extra mac n cheese too, im assuming accidentally but good LORDD that was good. Mmn that chicken too btw?? Obsessed, the worker was such a sweetie 🥹 I THINKK hes named Michael js not 100% sure, either way hes so sweet❤️‍🩹

My experience there was good today because of a employee named Tiffany she was in drive thru and she was so sweet and nice they lucky to have her work there because with good customer service like that she needs to be at Chick-fil-A and not Popeyes I’ll go back to that location only if she’s working

The worst. No cars in line but still waited 15 min for them to say they have no dark meat, ..I read the reviews from other customers, it's just a matter of time before this place is closed. The owner of this location needs to listen to the customers reviews. When this place first opened, people In palmbay was excited, unfortunately my used to be favorite chicken restaurant has become a big disappointment....
