The lady making the drinks, Emmy or whatever her name is, was very rude and told me I had to TELL HER when I ordered in the store or she didn’t know to make the drink. Which is incorrect, especially if she made 4 people’s drinks who ordered after me. She made my drink completely wrong, poured the shots of espresso in AFTER blending my drink and added whip to my specifically NO WHIP drink. She gave me attitude and was very rude when I asked about it. I will be returning to speak to a manager and that’s all.

Since I've been in Melbourne Florida which has been a month I have always went to this Starbucks. Faithfully and was a tipper. I arrived at this store yesterday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. nobody at the drive-thru so I went to the window to take my order. The girl that's not happy not at all I ordered my drink she later sent somebody else to the window to tell me that I have to drive back around and wait for my drink. This is not customer service there was nobody there I was furious. No reason for this I will never go back and they lost a very good customer and some of my customers. Not a very good store for being friendly and customer service. That's why I give this bad review.

First off, the store itself is excellent as is the atmosphere within it. But the food or this specific sandwich should not be $6 and change. That's preposterous! Overpriced and would not recommend, it's like they hid the majority of the sandwiches contents from me😢. I've gotten this sandwich a few times just as a test, and I guess they changed the portions with it or something.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Starbucks has the worst staff out of all of Brevard County. Don't ask for anything special or different for your drink. They will lie to your face and say they can't do it per their policy yet when I talked to corporate I was told such policies don't exist. I didn't know asking for the cream that comes in my drink on the side to save them from remaking my drink was a problem. I ask for it on the side as a favor for your staff because they always put more cream than coffee in my cup. So they always end up remaking it which wastes product. But since they like wasting product I guess that's what I'll have them do. I'll sit at the drive thru window for 10 minutes with a line behind until it's made right since I can't pour my own cream. Wild to me but okay. Have it your way.

Try to charge me $5 for a decaf, because it didn't have any made. The upgraded me to a Americano without asking. The server was not very nice.

I love going to this store. I get the best service from Johny each and every time that I go. He is efficient and always puts a smile on my face. To get that service and the perfect coffee. That's the life.

Kid-friendliness: My kids always want to say hi to him since he's so nice to them.

All Starbucks are NOT created equally.

The service was terrible. This was my first time (and last) at this location. When I walked in and to the counter. I was ignored close to 5 mins.

There were 2 people working the counter. Only 1 customer in the store and they had already been served.

Not welcoming or friendly at all. It seemed like I was a burden for coming in and when I put my order in it felt as if I was a bother.

The drink I ordered was not very good and when I asked for another shot of sweetener the guy again made me feel as if I were a inconvenience.

I don't live in this area and I don't do Starbucks very often. I was traveling Solo and checked out the RonJon - I treated myself and after that experience I'm sorry I wasted my time and money there.

I do NOT recommend.

I had to update my review. After eating here for years, lately the pumpkin bread has been stale and coffee was missing from my drink. Target Starbucks in Hammock Landing has consistently fresh items.
