Love the iced pecan crunch, it’s currently my favorite Starbucks drink!
I order green iced tea on uber eats few times a week because I work from home and I got a rude message on my cup from the barista telling me to mellow out with the green iced tea. (then arrow pointing to the iced tea label)that was honestly mostly just iced water. Didn't need the rude commentary or the poorly made tea.

My drink was substantially worse at this location. I’ve ordered this drink lots of times at lots of different locations and it has been consistent. This was the one location where it just tasted so bad, that it may have ruined the drink for me. It tasted like a watered down (or milked down) version of the drink. Just had no flavor and I’ve never seen matcha this pale. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I know that’s the only way change can happen sometimes so sorry in advance to the probably wonderful employees there.

Well, just like most stand alone locations the consistency at this location is absolutely terrible. The manager here is awesome and helped me figure out the decaf version of my favorite drink as I can't drink caffeine anymore. However I can order the same drink from the same location (on the same day sometime) and it will never taste the same. Same Decaf Iced Americano, same sweet cream, same liquid sugar and completely different every time. This is why Starbucks is loosing sales, and what the CEO really needs to focus on. Target and Mall locations have far better consistency compared to these stand alone drive thru's and it's a national problem. I go in today and leave with what amounts to a cup of ice with a shot of coffee and Zero sugar. Consistency is just as important as flavor and customer service and they definitely drop the ball pretty frequently on consistency
