An elderly lady came in and was struggling to understand the menu as well as the process. This young man, named Danny, was patient and kind and even came around the counter to show her where something was on her receipt (that she was struggling to find). He never once became agitated or rude with her. Also, the pumpkin spice latte is amazing.
