Employee was rude, cussing at me and my sisterThis store is the worst store i have ever been too. My sister did an online order, they double charged her card so I had her on the phone, when I got there the manager was using foul language with some guy being extremely loud, there were no customers in the store, she tried to explain what was going on , then I asked about the store manager, he looked at me and said that's me, I asked if he was ok with the way his employee was talking to me and my sister and laughed at me and continued to cuss at me

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring my dog to this store

The employee who served us, Tom, was super annoying and very rudely told my friend to speak up. Then decided to get an attitude with me because I didn't say I wanted a sandwich when my friend (who was making a separate isolated order) ordered. Finally, I asked for extra mayo and he put the smallest little tiddlywink of extra mayo (probably like 5% more than was already on the sandwich). All in all, a pretty abysmal subway experience, normally it's better.

I want to report my immense dissatisfaction with this particular store! Last Friday was my third and last time at this store. Since I don't speak English very fluently, I usually use the pick-up service directly at the stores, and I had requested a pick-up at 5:55 because I was leaving Melbourne for an appointment to be in Orlando, and since I hadn't had lunch, I was going to eat on the way! In short, I arrived at the store at 5:50 and waited another 5 minutes for them to make it... the blond employee with curly hair was EXTREMELY ironic with me, he continued making other physical orders without respecting the various online orders, and without offering any help at that moment... he laughed at me for not speaking English, mocked the translator and said he couldn't find my order, but I was reading my name on his computer screen, he continued making fun of me, including the other customers who were in the store. I left there at 6:20, without my sandwich and without my money, and I still felt humiliated and disrespected for not speaking the language, and for being an immigrant. He even said that I was dangerous and beautiful... saying with irony that he would give me a free sandwich that was not what I ordered, it didn't matter and he threw it on the counter, I didn't accept it because they didn't have the items I ordered. I don't need anything free, just respect! I was humiliated by the lack of preparation on the part of the employees, since another man in a black shirt showed up and also didn't know how to handle the situation, without prioritizing the sandwich with a scheduled time for 5:50 (according to the cancellation invoice). I only got my money back today! I felt humiliated, and offended and very hungry!

Classic subs as a combo are a better deal than their new subs if you're looking to save $5 for a combo otherwise just the classic subs are bit cheaper but if you're willing to pay alittle extra to try their new ones. Good place still got good service team members are friendly and do a good job

Since when are subs a baguette bread size? $10 for this?? Come on. The other subways aren’t like this. It’s a noticeable difference. My hands are normal medium size glove women’s hands. Also whoever was working tonight hates his job it’s very obvious.

This place is terrible. I waited over 30 min for an online order ontop of the drive time to get to the store. He never started it until I showed up and asked. Another time I used the app and they canceled my order without letting me know after charging me and will not refund for a week. It says to call store about cancellation and I did, but guy has no idea why or where the order is. Then corporate headquarters is not contactable in any way. Phone email nothing! I hate this place

Subway is a stapel in American society, at least in the south. We love Subway because we will be provided with good healthy food. American's love Subway because we want healthy food that's affordable and doesn't break our bank.

Subway is making a big mistake asking us for more money trying to check out.
People just want to order a damn sdwich without filling that I'm forced to tip again.
Here's the answers, girls...to all this "do I tip again"? You just want that damn good sandwich made that I can pick up without feeling the pressure to pay more. That's what we all want, if we're to be honest. No one wants or appreciates being guilted into giving more.

So this is what we do ... first, we ask, "Has gratuity already be applied to my bill?
This should not happen in grab and go shop. If yes, check your receipt to see how much. If it has. Are you comfortable with the amount? If you're OK with 18%, you say so, but no to any more gratuity. If you believe that 18% was too much just for a sandwich that you're picking up and leaving with... then speak up and say so. Remember you're the customer. If you dine in, that's different, then the server may have earned it, or maybe he didn't. Only you can decide that.
But never let yourself be guilted into tipping more when you don't want.

My bf and I went yesterday to grab sum subs. There were two wonderful ladies who serviced us there. They both made our dine in experience awesome. Funny, charming, hardworking and made our experience comfy as well as a homey atmosphere. They deserve raises!
