Stopped here today for lunch. The large black lady told the black guy in front of us that the soda machine was flat and didn't have carbonation and gets him ice and soda from the machine in the back, then doesn't offer the same service to the next 3 white people in line... Knowing the soda machine also didn't have ice in the lobby, so had to drink warm flat soda until I realized they had lemonade.

I go to this Taco Bell on 192 in West Melbourne on a several time weekly basis. Yes some things sometimes do get wrong if you let him know if big they fix them. This time my order was not huge maybe cost 15-20 bucks, in a two weeks time or week and a half time I spoke to three different managers and letting them know I didn't have my receipt I ordered all my app. Each one told me was not an issue just to come in. Today I come in has to speak to a manager was not greeted very kindly she would not even step off the back line just said she knew me! And I told her I'm sorry you had me mistaken could you step out front and speak to me she cleared at me from the back line. I said okay that's fine may I have the number to your district supervisor she refused also ordered her other manager on duty to refuse to give it to me. I called corporate I even let them know that I videoed her actions and waited in store on hold with corporate for 15 minutes and she would not even walk to the front counter to speak with me like a normal human being! As much and as convenient as Taco Bell is I will not ever step foot in that one again nor will I spend a single dollar! I really hope the district manager supervisor reaches out to me because this was way unacceptable and very embarrassing!.

I believe its the pm manager with dark hair kind of long super rude , was not helpful with products and once I decided to cancel my order I could see him through the drive thru window going off Taco Bell on 192 do better

This is my favorite location locally! They are great here and they always get my order perfect. The fries taste fresher and the quesadilla I like is made so much better here than some of the other Taco Bells. And they always say hi to my toddler :) Thanks guys!

They are accommodating. But, they never have anything or they dont want to make, what you want. And, whatever they give you, will be cold and not on par. Unless you're inebriated, because the taste can't be worse the second time through.
It was late they were getting ready to close dining room area for the night they still let us in were very polite and quick with the food cause there was three of us and we were hungry we had just got off of work
Gave us wrong order and barely any sauces. Highly not recommend this location you might aswell go go 7/11 as the quality of food and workers are more personable. I love Tacobell as a franchise but this location is horrible. 0/10.
