This has to be the worst Taco Bell around. Crazy slow. It took 20 min for my simple order. 4 people came in off the drive through with wrong orders. Zero customer service and you have to use the kiosk. The place is also not picked up.

Don't go here after 10pm. Weekends or weekdays. We used to go here all the time but lately you get garbage served to you. Fries hard and cold. Potato bowls.. Like rocks. Tacos barely anything inside and the shells are gross. Daytime seems to be much better. It's a shame they serve people that junk.

At home, I felt as though I was a chef inside the vacation.
I never have bad experiences in a Taco Bell drive thru like I did with this one. I had to end up speaking to the manager and her name was Joy, she was very unhelpful and dismissive and rude. Taco Bell y’all need to be better at who’s running your stores. One of the worst Taco Bell’s around.

I paid $20 for a drop of sour cream and I thought Palm Bay taco bell was worse how hard it is to make food people how hard is it? There was nobody in the drive through when I went no tomatoes, tons of lettuce a drop and TEENY TINY DROP sour cream an old burnt nacho fries

I've had nothing but good experiences at this taco bell and we come about once a month on average. They always give us good customer service, have our food prepared quickly and exactly as I requested, and the staff has gone above and beyond more than once.
