Umami Restaurant and Sushi Bar

I was really blown away by this place! The fish was really fresh, they had inventive dishes that were beautifully executed, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and the service was fantastic.

Hands down the best sushi spot around! The sushi chefs are the bomb & the waiters are amazing!

Definitely check out both locations but beachside is my go-to. The atmosphere is all good vibes.

I don't get why the prices are so expensive and why in Melbourne roll cost $20?
Its insane.

This is very regular place and take advantage of good restaurant regard that what have in the area and bring the prices very expensive!

I came 30 minutes before and I ate so fast because the employees giving this feeling because the hurry to go home. Don't like it at all. I feel the roll stuck there

New to the area, wanted something light so decided to order takeout. Im very picky on sushi restaurants, I've had mediocre to poor to great and this place is fantastic. The 4 items i got were delicious. I got the gyoza, spicy tuna crunchy rice, Heisenburg roll, and seaweed salad. All were fantastic. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu

This is a great place. I went as a sushi first timer and the atmosphere was great. The server was happy to recommend rolls for beginners. The prices seemed reasonable. I would go again.

They need a curtain by the front door, every time the door opens you get blinded. Small open place, food was good, service was good, Hostess was super nice. We had the chicken Katsu bento boxes. Real Katsu sauce! ? Little chicken pieces, but plenty.

This is the best bento box so that I have had. Food is always fresh, delicious, and they provide large portions. I don’t think you can get a better meal to the money. They have a lunch special before 2 PM.

There are great Japanese restaurants and then there’s Umami.
Food is delicious and staff are friendly.
When you walk through the door and into the restaurant is like being transported into another dimension.
The Godfather roll is 100% worth it.

They have recently opened a new location in Indian Harbor Beach Eau Gallie Blvd. and to say their soft opening was fantastic would be an understatement! Besides some extremely delicious rolls, The staff was beyond accommodating for everything I asked for. Looking forward to having this restaurant so close to home.
