I'm visiting from ohio, and i can tell you this walmart is like a controlled state. Lanes of self check outs off bottlenecking everyone into a small space to be circled by employees checking you to a degree that made my five year old ask Daddy what they are doing? Then to be stopped by a line of ppl at the exit where there are checking receipts. Sorry for whomever lives here, but you don't have to deal with that. fyi this isn't a membership club, and you didn't agree to be treated in this manner as if all their customers are thieves. Shoppers law only applies if there's suspicion of theft they are opening them selfs up to a bunch of suits just saying this experience was enough for me to honestly say i will not be shopping at a walmart again yeah one and done!
Love this Walmart. I know a lot of the girls that work there. Love Dolores. ?
Unleash this Walmart has a lot of stuff on the shelves , staff is very friendly
Crowded all the time.
They've been caught re-dyeing rotten meat. The beef has made me sick before.
Shelves are not adequately stocked. Some products that were carried for years have now disappeared causing me to have to travel to other stores. Management has not been responsive to complaints.
Excellent
Cheaper, but so crowded, and they stock thrleir shelfs in the middle of the day instead of after they close. I also get aggravated that all these people that order online the people are all over the store with these big bins block the isles. I don't go there often. I just go when I need my cat litter (pretty litter) and dog food, which you were out of wet and dry food we get.
Worst customer service experience in recent memory. Clearly, the cashier hated being there...didn't acknowledge our presence, made no eye contact and when she spoke, she was very curt! If this is how they choose to have employees represent Walmart so beit but I'll just do self checkout next time
Purchased a NEW Hisense 58" TV from WalMart. The young man, Anthony, had walked us thru all the brands a few days ago. We found the same TV at Best Buy, but the Salesperson was very rude and insisted that we should buy a more expensive TV from him. We were so disappointed in his attitude, we left. Today we went back to the Wal-Mart on Palm Bay Rd. and Anthony sold us the TV we wanted!! He was thrilled to see us come back and we told him it was because of his 'Customer Service' that we had come back.
He even helped us put the TV into our vehicle. This was the same store I was at earlier in the week to purchase $400 of Groceries and told the Front End Manager how great the store was. Clean, full shelves, helpful employees. Thank you PABLO for having GREAT Employees!! As a Merchandiser, I truly appreciate the hard work that all of you put into making shopping a pleasure!!

I just got my car towed to buy a tire and the Walmart service employes tell me to take the tire out the car my self because they can do it in the parking next to the service. Either drive it to the bay because walmart polices. They suggest if can take it off my self to go with the car to other shop .Bad service plus bad customer service because I came here to do business and they reject to help.
I avoid this place like the plague. It’s never kept tidy sales people will see you looking for something and act like they don’t see you. I had to keep moving out of the way because sales people were bringing things down the isles to try to restock, but the reason I had to move out the way is because they had other baskets lined up in the aisle. They need to wide the aisle or stop putting to things blocking what you’re trying to look for. I am tired of moving their things out of the way so that I can get to things I want. It’s like they don’t have any professionalism or pride in their workplace.
my husband does not listen to me when I tell him to use the app. So we go to the counter and this time we used our Walmart plus app and all I had to do was scan the barcode and I was finished. I let the Walmart representative in the self check out , know that we paid on the app and it took us 15 more minutes for her to understand how we paid for it and how it works. I recommend that if they put someone in the self check out I’ll person should understand how the pay and go works. it would’ve taken me less time to scan all of my things at the register. Hard to talk my husband into something that’s not working. But again this is another bad experience at Walmart. At least the self-serve representative was nice, clueless but nice. Many times I go there and the representatives act like they are standing there with a chip on their shoulder. They’re bad they should not roll over into your customer’s service.
I will definitely remember to take pictures next time to add .
The shopping experience is that of a normal trip to Walmart. My review, however, is in regards to the 2 trips I have made in the last month or so for my tire replacement (2) and my oil change (standard, something like $35). Both of my visits were via appointment made on the app or online, based on what I saw this is the way to go. I ordered my tires online on their website and it was extremely simple to pay for them and schedule them with a warranty on the app. They arrived and I went to my appointment a day or so later. They prioritized me over other customers since I was the one with the appointment which is honestly refreshing based on my experiences with other services and companies that they honor appointments over walk-ins so just MAKE ONE there are so many at any given time available online it is so easy and you get that extra peace of mind. Anyways, it went amazing and being a young female the techs were very sweet and explained everything to me that I needed to know and told me why they recommended I rotate my tires which I opted for (was literally $5 more a tire, so cheap). The oil change was one of the fastest ones I had and when I said I wanted the cheapest one THEY DIDN'T ARGUE WITH ME OR TRY TO UPSELL ME :D All of the techs I interacted with or encountered were so genuine and helpful. Everywhere you go is understaffed and/or over worked so please be kind to our fellow humans who are trying to make a living. I will most definitely be coming back to this Walmart's service center!
Too many Walmart personal shoppers clogging lanes. Worth it to go to Publix to avoid the frustration. Inconsiderate. Won't move out of the way. Never have what I need. Empty shelves. Rotten Bananas.
Had $400 worth of groceries in my cart. After ringing everything up myself, of course, the machine wouldn't take some of my bills. The self checkout lady was so very rude, I had to bite my tongue, ended up at a different self checkout and still had problems, ended up having to use a payment method that I didn't want to. She said to me, "If the machine won't take your bills, deal with it." Apparently, the self checkout cashier no longer has access to a drawer of her own to handle issues like this efficiently. I don't know how this woman is allowed to keep her job. And the no cashier thing for self checkout? No wonder walmart is repeatedly struggling financially. " I wish I had not given wal mart another chance. I try my best not to go in one because of the ever existent lack of customer service.
