I ordered online for curbside since I cannot walk due to a bad injury. I sat 25 minutes on Parking Spot 90. Then I decided to walk on a limb in pain. Then I saw the order with my name on it, on the pickup crate. I told them that I was waiting 25 minutes on curbside. I asked for a refund. They offered me a new Panini. And I told them I was running late for work. They reheated that stale Panini. I tossed that at the garbage can. I won't be coming to this particular Wawa. I never had an issue at the one in Malabar Rd., By Strawbridge, the one located at US 192, or even as far as the one on Whickham Rd.

I come to this Wawa location all of the time but tonight was the first time that I have been in a while and I brought my daughter so we could get milkshakes. The atmosphere as well as the service has gone way down at this location. Ordering our shakes the whipped cream button was not working for the particular shake that I was ordering and there is no price difference so I thought I could just kindly ask when the lady was making them if she could add whipped cream to mine. She was rude and wanted to tell me that she could add whipped cream but not the caramel drizzle when I ordered a caramel Oreo shake and had their whipped cream button been working it would’ve automatically came with caramel drizzle on top of it but then she also wanted to make it seem like I was lying and how she has had shakes with whipped cream on them all night and wanted to tell me how that was funny. I was really hoping to see a manager so I could have them come over to the computer to see exactly what I was talking about but doesn’t seem to be a thing these days to have management out on the floor or in the store at all. This experience really upset me and I won’t be visiting this Wawa again for quite some time if at all .

This store needs new management. I come in about once a week since this is the only gs station I trust and I don’t mind when the employees are rude once in a while people do have bad days. However is Shaniqua how ever you spell it . That young lady is so rude to the staff I just over heard her yelling at an employee and it’s disgusting . How can you be that sad in life you need to disrespect someone else . Wawa please do better .

I used to love this location however it has recently gone down hill. I ordered a large sode of meatballs and received 6 meatballs, no sauce for 8 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous, the container wasn't even half full. We have ordered them before so I know its not the full order.

Wawa is aweful. Ordered food here in store, paid for it. Waited over 30 minutes only to see atleast 6 people come that ordered after me, and their number is getting called but not mine. I asked about it and had the one staff brush me off, then said something to another staff and giggled. I never thought they were great to begin with but I was doing this for a family member. Never again!!

I ordered an handcrafted iced coffee on the app because I had a $1 off. Somehow when I ordered the whip cream that usually comes on the one I chose didn't stay on my order. When I went to pick it up the nice young lady who was cooking went and got me a cup of whip. But the iced coffee itself (I got a peppermint bark) was disgusting. It looked like the barista could have cared less on how to make it. It barely had any milk and it tasted like pure water. I had to throw it out. A waste of money. Not the first time I have had bad drinks made here. I wont chance it again.

Why, why, why do they never have Hot Water in this place?? Just went in there to get my energy drinks for the day, gas and my hot Tea..as I expected the hot waters not working AGAIN! I give up, now I go up the block to 7-11for my gas breakfast foods where they're never out of hot water .Done with this place.

I am a big fan of Wawa’s mobile order. I have their app. I always place mobile pick up orders for in store and I’ve never had a problem until today. I tend to go to the store on Malabar near me and the store in Melbourne. The store on Palm Bay Road is the one I visited today and they gave me my smoothie in a large coffee cup sticky outside no whipped cream like I asked for and I can’t even be sure if it’s made right my smoothie is half melted because the lady at the smoothie counter did not put my smoothie with my pick up order and just left it sitting on her station I had to ask the employee who made my sandwich if she could get my order for me because it’s past my time pick up and she went looking for my smoothie and couldn’t find it and it’s because it was in a coffee cup like what the. who drinks a smoothie out of a coffee and then the coffee cup is sticky at that and then my sandwich was sitting there forever because my smoothie wasn’t done and my smoothies half melted like I’m so annoyed. I’m just so annoyed and the store was just nasty looking like they didn’t have anything together I’m watching this guy make like 1 million other sandwiches wondering where my sandwiches is it still on screen is this is not like no I’m very aggravated that just ruined my time because I spent 15 minutes waiting after my allotted time for my food order and that’s 15 minutes, my smoothie was sitting on the counter

If I can give more than 5 star I will, I called around a hour ago to verified if they had broccoli soup and they didn't but the person that took the phone had a excellent customer services and let me know she was able to do it, obviously we get 2 family sides and is was so wonderful feel is still good people around you, only I can say is thank you and God bless you!
