Luis Galindo Latin America Restaurant

I've visited this place for three consecutive days to test out the atmosphere, cleanliness, consistency, and service.

For the most part it is excellent in most aspects. With some minor but unfortunately consistent issues.

First, when it comes to taking the order it seems either there is some miscommunication. Twice they have forgotten an order for a drink such as orange juice and needed to be reminded. At one time I was simple left alone at my table for some time without being approached to even be given a menu, an older gentleman, whom I believe was perhaps a manager stepped in to very politely ask me if I needed anything, which I highly appreciate. And at another day what was perhaps most egregious was forgetting a preference for no onions on a dish. Obviously had it been an allergy issue it would have been most unfortunate.

But for me the most disappointing issue has to be cleanliness. It seems clean enough but in all three consecutive days I've visited and sat at the same table there has be a dried up red bean on the window still next to the table. It makes me ask myself how often and how carefully do they clean if it's been there all this time. What level of attention is being paid to the details if issues like these come up. It isn't anything major, but I cannot possibly give them a perfect score. It also leads me to believe why are the outside tables the only ones which have utensils sealed in plastic. Obviously there is the question of elements and birds outside but with people walking by all the time can we trust the ones on the tables have not been touched, by accident or otherwise. Would the effort be too great to have those sealed as well?

I plan to return and hopefully see an improvement. As I dearly enjoy the establishment.

I had an amazing experience at Luis Galindo Latin American Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were wow—very generous and satisfying. I went with a friend, had a great time, and we truly enjoyed every bite. The place has a great atmosphere, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Am being nice giving them 3 stars. The breaded palomilla steak and regular palomilla steak had no flavor what so ever. Overall Rice and steaks not good at all.

The server we had Patricia did not want to be at work at all. She had the attitude of i am here to benefit you. No young lady I am there to benefit you get a salary. Her attitude should be adjusted or get another job. It's not my fault that her day is sorrow and boring. This place has gotten too expensive as well. I would not recommend the mornings at this place.

I live in Hollywood Florida and I was by the area looking for a place to buy some coffee. I also decided to buy a sandwich ham cheese and eggs that's all. But instead, I got it with french fries even though I did not want them, I ate them. And I'm so Happy to say the french fries were fresh and very good thank you guys. Your sandwich is off the top.

This place is a lie! They say everywhere that they close at 1:00 AM, but by midnight they refuse to take any more orders. That’s false advertising, and I honestly didn’t expect this kind of behavior — especially from a family that claims to follow God.

The nicest people work here, the atmosphere is so nice and the quantity and quality of the food is incredible!!! Great portions for price!!

My wife calls this place “The Joint”. Whenever any of us travel and after we arrive back to Miami this is our first stop. I go for the vaca frita, it’s good and sharable portions.
