Dropped by 215 Speakeasy on a whim and it turned into the highlight of my week. Vincent’s cocktails are thoughtful, balanced, and—most importantly—delicious. His hospitality? Next-level. By the end of the night he’d lined up restaurant recs, scored us a table at Buccan, and convinced us to come back for his cocktail class (worth it: three killer drinks, charcuterie, and nonstop laughs).
