Kayla and Cam at this location knocked it out of the park! Technical difficulties and inclement weather couldn’t stop this dynamic duo from delivering top notch customer service and an amazing product. Given the status of affairs at this Okeechobee location, they could’ve been irritable, annoyed, or downright deterred. But not these two. Kayla and Cam were on a mission to deliver rays of sunshine on a rainy day…. Mission accomplished!! Delicious coffee! Even more delicious vibes. I would like to recommend a promotion for both of these employees of the 7 Brew Okeechobee location to at least regional managers if not right to corporate headquarters. Job well done.

Idk what happened from when they first opened to about month and a half ago , but they've messed up my order on roughly 4 occasions now and the wait in line even with only 3 cars is absolutely absurd. Used to be 2 people taking orders , now youre lucky if you see one person even out of the over hang. Most the times its just them taking 1-2 orders making the drinks and taking 1-2 more orders. I have never seen such an inefficient crew. As im writing this been waiting 15 minutes in line with no one coming over to take either my order or the guy in front of me. If you need to be literally anywhere just avoid this place as youll certainly be waiting a good 30 minutes
