Best bread in the world. Truly the most amazing, and hospitable staff. 10/10 consistency. Been coming here for years. Saturdays pop off with specialty donuts and burritos. Get here early, pastries begin to sell out around on 8:30 am, especially on Saturdays.

Purchased online but when I went to pick up I was told the food I purchased was sold out and I would be refunded. No one called me.
I got the (turkey, brie, and cranberry) sandwich and it was great. If you’re not super hungry it’s a great size to split since it comes with two little sandwiches. They bake the bread in house, and it tasted nice and fresh.
I also tried the crack coffee! It had a little spice to it which was amazing. However, if you don’t like too sweet I’d recommend half sweet. I don’t like too sweet and forgot to ask for half sweet and found it a bit too sweet.
The pastries are all amazing too! A lot of them sell out so it’s best to come here early.
I’ve tried lots and lots of top bakeries in Toronto, and I’ve found it’s pretty difficult to find bakeries in Florida that compare (the Florida ones don’t usually bake in house and tend to use a bunch of artificial ingredients). This was an exception and I’d definitely come back!!! They bake in house and you can tell the quality is great 🫶🏻

Great place to get sourdough, and any bakery items. It gets very busy around lunch time!

Ice cold turkey and brie after 20 min of waiting... and the staff was short with me with the fakest looking smile too.. and i watched them load/ (top off) their coffee pump with a 3gallon plastic tub... not fresh brew or healthy.. deff not worth the wait..

If you’re looking for the best breakfast gem in West Palm Beach, you need to pay attention.
From the moment you walk into Aioli, you’re greeted by the smell of freshly baked goodness. As soon as you step up to the counter, a friendly gentleman helps you choose, probably because everything looks so good that you need help deciding.
Once you sit down, you notice the little things: flowers on the tables, a clean atmosphere that never feels chaotic even when it gets busy. When your food is ready, it’s brought out on a neat little tray. Simple, thoughtful, and well done.
I might sound biased, but trust me, I’m not. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and I’m not a sweets guy. That said, the biscuit breakfast sandwich was absolute perfection. Who actually nails every part of a breakfast sandwich? These guys do. And the blueberry muffin? Hands down the best I’ve had. You just have to try it yourself. And yes, I’ll say it again, I’m not a sweets guy.
As for the prices, nothing crazy. In today’s economy, everything can feel a little steep, but here you’re paying for real quality. At that price point, it’s more than fair.
To my friends at Aioli thank you and i'll see you soon.

I came here once back in August when I was visiting family in MD. I got the Sun Kissed on a rosemary sea salt bagel and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. I’m this close to learning how to make it myself bc South Florida does not have such a thing.
Or.. this is my plead. Please open a store in Palm Beach County. West Palm Beach specifically would be awesome Ty.

One of the best bakery/cafes I've been to. They have really great menu items that are all good quality. We got monkey bread and a jalapeno cheddar biscuit. There was a big line to order but it moved fast. We also loved how nice the staff was!

This place was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible we were impressed with every bite. The sandwiches a the pastries were all great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
While the location was very busy the staff did not rush you and people cleared out fast enough to be able to find a table to sit and enjoy our food.

I’ve visited Aioli twice and both times, the food was delicious. I’m a bigger fan of the pastries than their food items (I have a sweet tooth), but I enjoy the interesting combinations they come up with. This time, there was an issue with my order and the team took care of it very quickly. A team member even brought me a pastry of my choice to nibble on while I waited for them to remake my meal, which wasn’t necessary but super sweet. They have staples on the menu and daily specials. I was a little sad that they didn’t have matcha when I went this time, but the lemonade was pretty good. I also had an absolutely DELICIOUS pistachio croissant that was fullllll of pistachio cream. I’ve been dreaming about it. Definitely recommend this place. It’s small, so it gets quite busy, but it’s worth it
