Better than any of the Subculture establishments choking downtown west palm beach, Alchemy is a beautifully decorated space that not only has the best chia seed pudding in the area but hosts many events bringing community together.
Alchemy has become our favorite spot for remote work. We found it by going to a full moon tea ritual our first evening in town but have been back almost every day to work on our businesses. The layout of the shop is conducive to productive work; they make great lattes and wraps (chia pudding is also great).
Really great ambience, tasty smoothies and beautiful avo toast. The only negative here was the speed of service this morning. Even though the cafe wasn't busy, we waited almost 30 minutes for one piece of avo toast. Two younger girls were trying to keep coffees, smoothies and breakfast sandwiches moving along. There was another woman with an apron, but she spent most of it 30 minutes talking to a friend who was dining there rather than help get the owners finished. That said,...
