The soup was old and off. It must have been made days ago and not proper refrigeration . I have it often. ALSO They charged 45 cents for a packet of crackers with the purchase of a quart of soup

Having traveled a lot, I have been to Whole Foods Markets across the country. This is a fairly good one. Compared to other Whole Foods Markets, this one has a relatively large hot bar, so there is a wide selection of cooked food. There is also a big selection of salads, as well as soups. I always look for the healthier dishes, as this is Whole Foods, at the hot bar......... on that score, this Whole Foods is a little bit below average. They typically only have a few dishes made with tofu or tempeh.

Whole Foods used to be my place to go but not anymore. I will never go back. Now I will only go to Trader Joes. Whole Foods entire customer service has changed for the worst. They are not customer oriented and in fact do just the opposite to satisfy their customers. I purchased 2 containers of Schorr pickles that molded. The expiration date was months away. I did not keep the receipt but took the containers in to Whole Foods and they saw it was their pickles. They would not let me exchange them or give me my money back. I even got the manager who was terrible. Never again and I tell all of my friends not to shop there. Trader Joes is the place to go. I had an issue with one of their products and they immediately told me to either get another one or they would refund me. No questions asked. It is a shame as Whole Foods did not used to be like this. I even called their corporate headquarters and they were no help at all.

This is a fantastic coffee bar—when it’s open—these days it’s frequently closed.

Very concerning that you are able to buy wine a=t this store with no ID required, I believed they are breaking the law and someone should check on them. The way it works and I have experienced many times is that if you use the self check out experience a shop manager comes over and swipes a key fob entering multiple 111111 no questions asked. Very concerning for underage drinking .

Came here on a Saturday. Next time I'll be back with my relatives. Prices that won't shock you.

I went here for lunch. Got a few meatballs and a few other things, but when I checked-out, it was way expensive. I could have eaten at a real restaurant for the price. I like shopping here for produce, but lately that has been a big, slap-in-the-face! Every time I check-out, they ask, are you a Prime member? I say, Yes! They ask me for my phone number, I give it to them. They say it isn't coming up. I tell them, I know, because I don't have a cell phone. Then they tell me I can add my regular phone number on the computer, but that isn't true at all. I've tried it several times and it wants to send me a text with a number to plug into the website. My regular phone doesn't accept texts. So, paying for Prime like everyone else, isn't enough for me to get my discount. I have to buy a cell phone and have another bill, in order to receive this "Prime benefit"! It is painful every time I am declined for the discounts that I should just receive.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I’m a Prime Member. I remember getting a promo message from WF about pizza slices 2/5.00. Normally 2/7.00. Went to pay only to discover it’s Friday only 2/5.00. D*** me I didn’t read the fine print. Went to the lunch counter only to find the menu is changed and no longer has prime rib sandwich. Thanks WF. Not doing well by me. ?

Love the fresh dinner options and great travel options. Fresh breakfast and fruits. The prices are higher than I was used to however.

We stopped for dinner in the Whole Foods Bird in the Hand restaurant with the family last night. Super bad experience.... The manger was rude and passive-aggressive. The food was not good at all and fairly expensive, $52 for three dishes and a beer. We decided to sit at a table and when the food came out, it was in huge plastic to-go containers even though we ordered to eat in. After complaining about all the plastic containers, the manager said we should have sat at the bar in a rude manner and no plates for us, even for my kids to share the $22 prime rib. They also forgot our beer...and when I had to go back to the bar and ask for a beer, staff asked how many?, and before I could answer, the manager said, “they only ordered one!” So we used to eat here and sit at the bar before Bird in the Hand. It was awesome and so was the service. Last night, all the tables were sticky and dirty plus the chicken was dry... and everything crammed into thick plastic containers. The self-serve water fountain is next to the bathroom and not very hygienic. Oh well, the family thought it was a failure and we def won’t be back. Thanks Bird in the Hand manager for a such a great experience!!!! Great way to attract customers!

If you just want an incredible choice of fresh hot and cold food at price-per-pound prices, this should be your place. Comfortable eating area if you want to eat in, but also available for take-away. Lobster bisque soup was quite tasty. Clean, environmentally conscious, lots of room inside and outside to eat. Good temporary escape from the adjacent Outlets - not that far away - even walkable.

We really enjoyed the new menu offerings in the Cafe now managed by the company that owns the Hai House in Palm Beach. The chicken sandwich was excellent with the sweet heat sauce. The two hand burger was equally delicious. The servers and cooks were extremely friendly and you could tell they cared about your meal experience. Great job on the new concept!
