The soup was old and off. It must have been made days ago and not proper refrigeration . I have it often. ALSO They charged 45 cents for a packet of crackers with the purchase of a quart of soup

Having traveled a lot, I have been to Whole Foods Markets across the country. This is a fairly good one. Compared to other Whole Foods Markets, this one has a relatively large hot bar, so there is a wide selection of cooked food. There is also a big selection of salads, as well as soups. I always look for the healthier dishes, as this is Whole Foods, at the hot bar......... on that score, this Whole Foods is a little bit below average. They typically only have a few dishes made with tofu or tempeh.

Whole Foods used to be my place to go but not anymore. I will never go back. Now I will only go to Trader Joes. Whole Foods entire customer service has changed for the worst. They are not customer oriented and in fact do just the opposite to satisfy their customers. I purchased 2 containers of Schorr pickles that molded. The expiration date was months away. I did not keep the receipt but took the containers in to Whole Foods and they saw it was their pickles. They would not let me exchange them or give me my money back. I even got the manager who was terrible. Never again and I tell all of my friends not to shop there. Trader Joes is the place to go. I had an issue with one of their products and they immediately told me to either get another one or they would refund me. No questions asked. It is a shame as Whole Foods did not used to be like this. I even called their corporate headquarters and they were no help at all.

This is a fantastic coffee bar—when it’s open—these days it’s frequently closed.

Very concerning that you are able to buy wine a=t this store with no ID required, I believed they are breaking the law and someone should check on them. The way it works and I have experienced many times is that if you use the self check out experience a shop manager comes over and swipes a key fob entering multiple 111111 no questions asked. Very concerning for underage drinking .

Came here on a Saturday. Next time I'll be back with my relatives. Prices that won't shock you.

Love this place. Super clean and super nice. They have strict cleanliness standards here while corona is happening ... and I like that. They run a tight ship and run it well. The folks are nice here

This Whole Foods location is so convenient, smack in the middle of the County, just off I-95, in West Palm Beach but not downtown. There is tons of parking, with some shady spots here and there. It has always been busy when I have stopped by. However, this large store seems able to accommodate its busyness, and I have yet to encounter a long checkout line. They have a fast checkout line as well. The store is spacious, with lots of room to move around the store, especially in the produce, bakery and prepared-foods areas. I could browse for way too long in the supplements/vitamins and beauty products section; why not try a lotion or smell a soap or find some cure-all on sale that I might need one day?! In other words, I must avoid this section at all costs! I do find the whole foods brand of products especially relevant in this area. I also like to hit the bulk bins for nutritional yeast, grits, beans, quinoa, etc. This location has a fast casual restaurant inside of it with ample seating.

The assistance store manager is a racist and only hires low class type of people to work the registers.

Let's face it when you talk about Whole Foods (WF) you all here in the back of your mind "Whole Paycheck". There is no question that their prices are higher than the King of Florida grocers Publix. I find that I am not the person who shops for everything WF, in fact it is more a specialty store for me. Maybe it because I don't believe that their "Organic" items are significantly better for you. With Amazon Prime when they have specials the prices are good. Unfortunately I don't have time to shop just for special prices. So why go? Well for me it's less than a mile and I treat it like a convenience store. They also have a huge selection of prepared foods if I'm lazy. Overall you pay more but the items are good and for the convenience it is worth the extra cost. If you are into the "organic" idea then this is great for you. Do bring your wallet.

I went here for lunch. Got a few meatballs and a few other things, but when I checked-out, it was way expensive. I could have eaten at a real restaurant for the price. I like shopping here for produce, but lately that has been a big, slap-in-the-face! Every time I check-out, they ask, are you a Prime member? I say, Yes! They ask me for my phone number, I give it to them. They say it isn't coming up. I tell them, I know, because I don't have a cell phone. Then they tell me I can add my regular phone number on the computer, but that isn't true at all. I've tried it several times and it wants to send me a text with a number to plug into the website. My regular phone doesn't accept texts. So, paying for Prime like everyone else, isn't enough for me to get my discount. I have to buy a cell phone and have another bill, in order to receive this "Prime benefit"! It is painful every time I am declined for the discounts that I should just receive.

A choice of everything healthy and delicious with fresh baked bread and desserts, an array of cheeses and international hot and cold salad bar

So happy to see that Whole Foods has taken back their restaurant. Great to see all the old faces back and happy. Only one thing . Stop talking among yourselves and check on your customers. I sat there and waited and waited for attention. Step it up with the customer service. I left a nice tip too. It's got to be more than a simple lunch counter if it's going to succeed. The employees seem to be more focused on their own conversations than focusing on the customers in front of them .

My favorite part about this Whole Foods location is the staff. I come here nearly everyday. Jowine by the hot food has such a a friendly face, always says hi and ask how I'm doing when I pass by. Adam in the deli can always point me in the right direction and is a great conversationalist. The girls at the register are so kind and the staff at the beauty and wellness department are so knowledgeable! I love shopping here.
