I am from Cali I grew up on SoCal Mexican food. DO NOT QUESTION MY MEXICAN FOOD CREDENTIALS. Anita's Mexican Grill is hands down the BEST Mexican food in all of Palm Beach County and I know because I have tried them all. There's a few good ones in Lake Worth (looking at you La Placita!) but Anita's is Numero Uno.

This place has the authentic California flavor that I'm missing. California and carne asada burritos done right? YES. The al pastor and carnitas is amazing. Breakfast burritos taste like Cardiff Beach. They have a huge menu with items you don't usually see in a hole in the wall place like caldo de res and cóctel de camarones. Friendly staff and the portions are Grande.

Yes it is a hole-in-the-wall kind of place in a run-down strip mall. Don't let looks deceive you. You will not be disappointed. Muchas Gracias Anita and staff!

Great food for a great price

When to have lunch and the lady's have the air condition in 88, mention it to then and they just laughed, the place was boiling, the food is always good, but they did nothing about it, shamefull

Was visiting West Palm Beach for the weekend and ate at Anita’s TWICE! The portions are big and the prices are very affordable. I ate the breakfast burrito both times and it was delicious and authentic!

Mexican food in Southern California reflects the cooking styles of Mexico's west coast. I was born in SoCal searched for years for "good" Mexican food. What I really wanted was familiar, and on that Anita's delivers.

IT DOESN'T WORK IT'S NOT GOOD THE FOOD IS BAD AND VERY EXPENSIVE

Finding real good Authentic Mexican food in Florida is hit and miss. To say it short it's hard. Though this place does it well and right. Had a breakfast burrito. Though looking at the menu and the taste of the salsa we are confident all the other dishes that make are just as good as the breakfast burrito we had.

Authentic, Doesn’t have much curb appeal but good. Not a fan of the fried taco shells so I think maybe the burrito or quesadillas would have worked better for me.

I have patronized this restaurant during lunch time and have never experienced any issues with my past orders.
This evening before I headed home, I stopped in and ordered a chicken taco salad to go. Customer service was subpar, but I still left a tip.
Upon arriving home, I opened the container and initially, the salad looked delicious with plenty of melted cheese on top, just as I like it. When I went to cut the chicken, it was a little tough, but no big deal, as I tend to cut it into very small pieces. Upon taking the first bite, I immediately realize the chicken was VERY TOUGH, DRY and BLAND. I then seasoned the rest of the meat and doused in dressing, but still DISGUSTING. I'm not a chef, but I do cook. The chicken was at least a day old and inedible.
Needless to say, I threw the salad in the trash, where it belonged. I will never eat here again.
