Our server Chris was absolutely fabulous. And the manager was great too. Very involved and genuinely seemed to care which is sadly lacking quite often these days. We hadn’t been to an Applebees in several years and really enjoyed it. I would recommend the WPB location for sure.

They have a science teacher as a bartender thought this was south Florida.

This place is amazing! And the manager is the best! We are from Argentina and we love to go there every year that we travel!

I really wanted to give it Zero stars, but our server was nice. Unfortunately, she was either under trained or possibly never trained at all. We were there for dinner at 5:30. They were Only three other occupied tables in the entire restaurant. That should be a warning. Unfortunately we ignored it and stayed.
It took several minutes before our server came over, even though the restaurant was essentially empty. The interior
seemed very, very worn and in need of an update and/or deep cleaning.
We ordered one tea and two glasses of water. We also ordered the spinach artichoke dip at the same time. Our drinks never arrived. 25 minutes later the burnt to a crisp and disgusting appetizer arrived. The actual dip - under the burnt top, was old and stale tasting.
There was only a small handful of mostly broken chips on the plate. We finally got two thirds of our drinks at that point. One of the waters never arrived. The server did not bring any plates for the appetizer. We are finally able to flag down another person who is possibly a bartender and she brought us some plates.
It took more than an hour for two hamburgers to arrive. Both of them were well done, even though they weren’t ordered that way. On the upside, the french fries were hot. I asked for mustard for my hamburger. They brought me out a handful of packets that you would get at McDonald’s. Apparently the restaurant doesn’t carry mustard in a jar.
Trying to get a check and leave was another adventure. We ordered the special meal with two hamburgers and an appetizer for $25. She charged us for the appetizer. When we brought it to her attention, she said she fixed it. We tried again to pay, and the appetizer was still on the bill. Finally, the manager came over and was able to correct it.
An hour and 45 minutes later, we were able to depart. This is definitely a one and done.

I haven’t been to Applebees in years and I will definitely be back! I loved my bartender and server Kerry and the manager Marcel.

I have enjoyed myself so much here At Applebees on Okeechobee and Military Trail! Just look at my plate ! I am not hungry …!
