Pull up to the completely empty drive-through and sit there for about 30 seconds without any acknowledgment before I say hello to which the drive thru cashier borderline screams “You have to give me a minute” so i wait. About 10 minutes goes by without hearing back from him so I then say hello again and he once again basically screams you still have to give me a minute. Keep in mind this entire time The restaurant is completely empty and no one had been in front of me in the drive thru before I pulled up so I’m not sure what was going on inside but I decided to just not deal with it and leave. Horrible.

As your Google local food guide, I gotta say, this fish did not disappoint! Hot, crispy, and paired perfectly with tartar sauce. The curly fries were on point too—hot and crispy. Don’t forget to grab some Arby’s Horsey Sauce and Arby’s Sauce to complete your meal! Pro tip: ask for ketchup if you like it. The fish comes with or without cheese. Overall, totally worth it. It was the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food. Restaurant employees never acknowledged us. We try to get their attention. Finally, a customer behind us had to lean over the counter to the drive-thru to get anyone to try and help us. Finally, the shift manager Salvatore who is sitting in a stool earlier walked up didn't acknowledge us but it went to the cash order store so he just started ordering . Being the only customers in the entire establishment, we waited about 12 minutes after we had to wait like 10 minutes to be waited on for our food to be cold. We went there about 3:00. There was no one else there. Big disappointment. Do not go to this Arby's.

As soon as I took my wrap out of the wrapper, it complete fell apart. They overstuffed it when it was obvious the wrap was already falling apart. Do not order from this Arby’s. Do not give them your money. Very unhappy with the quality of the food.
I went through the drive through and ordered the half pound classic roast beef sandwich. I was not offered any sauce and was not given a receipt. The meat was okay but the bun tasted stale and like plastic. Over all the sandwich tasted nasty and went in the trash. I am extremely disappointed!

I don’t always have to pull into a parking spot when I’m the only customer both inside and out, but when I do it’s at this location. The drive through attendant was super friendly to the point I actually felt bad for him. #ionlyorderedtwosanwiches #corporateknowsthisgame
